Dry much glad they have come up from San Diego, would go to the Encinitas location all the time. Good flavor, good service Would recommend you try it.I'll be back again and again

Iced Matcha Latte 9.34/10- I've been dying to try this place for so long, especially after hearing such amazing things about their matcha, so I was super excited when they finally opened a location in Orange County! This definitely lived up to all the hype - they nailed the perfect ratio of matcha to almond milk and I loved how sweet it was without being overwhelming (it literally tasted like ice cream to me which was incredible). The matcha powder they used was so high quality that I actually had to ask what brand it was. The service was fantastic too - they had my drink ready within 2 minutes! Finally having a location nearby is honestly dangerous because I know I'll be coming here a lot more. Definitely a bit more on the expensive side though. Instagram: @hungrytamale

I first fell in love with Better Buzz back in San Diego. Once I discovered they had an OC location in Laguna Hills, I was HYPED. But even better, this location had a DRIVE THRU!I love picking up an Iced Matcha Latte here for my friend and I've been here about 7 times just for her drink, LOL. For myself, I love ordering their Mocha Buzz Blended! The drive-thru is SO convenient and definitely check out their bomb breakfast sandwiches. This place makes quality drinks for sure and I'd highly recommend them!

This was my first time at better buzz. Our food was ready quickly. The food was mediocre at best though. The matcha latte was very sweet and milky, with a very light matcha flavor. As for the restaurant itself, it was crowded and loud. If most of the seating is outside, they really should invest in heaters. You might be better off going to a local shop or even a chain.

My second better buzz location. I really like this chain! They have such exciting drink options. Drinks came out very fast. This time I tried their burstin blue raspberry energy drink. It crackled with pop rocks and was very refreshing. Better buzz is soooo much better than Dutch Bros, in my opinion. This location has less seating and is more geared towards their drive through. Looking forward to trying the Costa Mesa location.

I visited the Laguna Hills drive-thru at Better Buzzed Coffee this morning and ordered a large hot latte. Unfortunately, upon enjoying it a few miles down the road, I discovered it was lukewarm.I returned to the store and spoke with a woman who appeared to be a supervisor. She took my latte and made a new one, but there was no apology for the inconvenience or acknowledgment of the issue.As a frequent customer of Better Buzzed Coffee, I was disappointed with this experience. I have always enjoyed my visits and have never encountered such a lack of customer service before.I hope management reads this review and addresses this issue with their employees.

It was my first time trying Better Buzz Coffee. The inside is so cute. The decor and lights go with the theme and they have outdoor seating. I got the Horchata Latte and my sister got the matcha tea latte with blueberry cold cream. The service was great, the young lady was able to give me her recommendations and she was very helpful.

Love coming to this specific location, whether early in the morning or late at night! The staff is always friendly here and they are so quick to get orders out! The drinks and food are always made to perfection and ready to eat. I believe their names were Daisy, Sharlene and Hector, amazing service from them three! Thank you guys so much!!!

Alvaro, Daisy, Zach were amazing employees and had my drink ready to go super fast! They greeted me with a smile and made my best drink ever perfectly. This is definitely my go to Better Buzz.
