Better Buzz Coffee - Fullerton

I had the most pleasant experience with a young lady named Mia at the drive thru, she was so helpful and gracious. 10/10 experience!

I enjoyed how polite and attentive the cashier was when I ordered. Although it was pretty busy I got my drink and food quickly. Definitely coming back again.

Better Buzz Coffee in Fullerton is bustling but worth it! Even with the crowd, service was fast and efficient, and the team was on top of keeping tables wiped down after every use(huge props to the staff for that level of attention).The location is great, with plenty of seating inside and out, though parking can be a challenge (worth it, though!). I ordered an iced vanilla latte with an extra shot, half sweet, and it was smooth, strong, and just right. If you like bold coffee, this place won't disappoint.Definitely a solid spot for a caffeine fix with a great atmosphere!

I pulled up one day and was so surprised to see the drive-thru line. It was almost as long as an In-N-Out line. Thankfully, the wait wasn't terrible and I was next to order after 5-10 minutes. It was surprisingly organized with friendly service. I got the caramel vanilla latte..And LET ME TELL YOU.It was obvious after the first SIP that Better Buzz is a chain for people who enjoy overly sweet drinks with a splash of coffee. Jesus. I was so taken aback. It is disgustingly sweet, almost sickening to drink. I tried waiting until the ice melted a bit to see if it'll help. Nope. This is the first time I could not get myself to finish a drink. A sweetness adjustment is definitely needed because, Dear God, this was insanity.

I've had Better Buzz a few times in the past at different San Diego locations and was thrilled to see that they were opening one up in Fullerton. I normally do not frequent these big chain coffee shops but I remember Better Buzz always being great! Also, the convenience of having a drive-thru is a nice touch!Here's what I ordered:**Best Drink Ever: I've had this particular drink twice and have always liked it but this one was not it. I ordered it half sweet so maybe it was because of that. The flavor was so weak that I could taste was very light vanilla water. This was the worst drink ever. (0/5)**Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew: The cinnamon cream top was delicious but the cold brew was really watered down as well. Easily the worst cold brew I've ever had. Even Starbucks has better cold brew and that's really sad. There was also so much syrup on the bottom of my drink that I could not finish the bottom portion of my drink. (1/5)I understand that this is a new location but Better Buzz is a well established coffee spot so I expected their quality control to be up to par. On the bright side, the people working there were great. Super friendly and they worked fast to get their drinks out in lightning fashion. It's a super busy spot so be prepared to wait.I'm done with Better Buzz. Their coffee quality is very similar to Starbucks. What a waste of money.

I came last week on Sunday and ordered Hazelnut divinity and mint infused coffee. I requested 25% sweetness for the hazelnut. When I got home, I tasted it and it was disgustingly sweet; Inedibly sweet ! I drove back and asked for a refund because I refuse to let them keep my money for this overpriced coffee. I was given a receipt proving the refund transaction but 6 days later there's no refund to my CC. I've spoken to Ryan the manager twice. The second time he asked me to text him an image of the receipt and Did ! No response, no communication on their part. I will never return.***Edit: 9 days later, still no refund.

Was driving by and noticed this place had to stop, the set up to get in was very confusing if your going to use the drive through it was a mess Decided to find a parking and go in It was very packed a bit overwhelming especially going for the first time I did feel a bit rushed I picked a drink and pastry Customer Service was good, waited about 10 min They did forget my pastry had to ask for it was another 10 min Store was clean Drink was okay maybe next time I'll be better prepared

Excited for Better Buzz coming to OC! Loved that you are getting the business and attention! All my friends are posting about you. Location is right off the street. There is a drive thru, indoor and outdoor seating, restrooms, and a lively vibe that would be great to take a break in and catch up with friends. I saw some people doing work/studying. There were several outlets if needed. I love their app that allows for ordering ahead and updates on their new items. Very clean indoor and outdoor areas. Friendly staff that are killin' it. Got my drink in like 5 minutes.GG is the girl btw! Recommended the Lavender Tea Latte and added Vanilla Cold Cream, it is chef's kiss exactly what I was looking for. It is an iced drink.

The customer service was excellent. The ube matcha ($6.49 Medium) was delicious. The freshly brewed medium roast coffee ($3.99 Large) was pretty good. The store is quite spacious and the concept is nice.Hopefully, they can make their way to the Greater Houston area!

Very friendly service by Breana at the register! The coffee is always on point. I recommend the best drink ever. Ambiance is great, the whole lobby is brand new.
