Bear Coast Coffee

Was a nice pit stop for us as we did a family drive up the PCH from Dana Point to Newport and back down. I got the matcha, husband got drip coffee and he said it's decent. Will make it a regular stop while exploring all the shops and restaurants up and down the coast. Can't wait to come back and hang a little longer, and enjoy the ocean views from the cafe.p.s. when I clicked follow on IG, I noticed a post from the owner that he once lived in LA, and was doing all he can to help those affected by the fires. Was very heartening to see, and made me all the more willing to support this business.

Came into Bear Coast Coffee and it was so cute! It was decorated for Christmas and I loved it! So much seating indoors and very cozy! I got the lemongrass chamomile iced tea and it was perfect without sugar! The Cold Brew tasted light! I got avocado toast added and egg and the oatmeal! Everything was super yummy and let me tell you price wise it was great! Service was great as well! They were busy when we went but got everything really quickly! The hey even brought us our food!

Bear Coast has great coffee. Their lattes are really good quality and we also like their cold brew with cold foam. This location has an ocean view and you can grab your drink and walk right down to the water or walk around the shops in Laguna. Only downside is the parking is limited and can be really tough at times. Also, don't miss it as you're driving - they only have a sign that says "Beverages" outside!

Under the large sign for Beverages in Laguna Beach, Bear Coast offers a retro chic ambiance that replicates that classic, coffeehouse feel. The in-house pumpkin latte with oatmilk was an autumn treat that is slightly sweet and filling, made with real pumpkin! Take a stroll one block to the beach for a lovely view, use the surfing bear to spot a wave, and enjoy this seasonal concoction.

I saw a review from what must've been a grumpy single guy. He complained about a children's area which I thought was hilarious -- he clearly must not have children. My daughter enjoyed playing with the Legos quietly while she and I waited for my coffee. It was a great help because us mamas know that our babies sometimes can be hard to contain. I ordered the vanilla nutmeg coffee, and quite enjoyed the balanced taste. I guess the only thing I would say was that I wish the customer service was a little bit more friendly. I love that just a few steps away is the most amazing beautiful serene spot to reflect, and enjoy the ocean.

Enjoyed coming here with family. The coffee itself doesn't stand out to me. We tried the regular coffee, cafe latte hot, iced latte, horchata latte, and a brewed tea. Everything was decent but didn't have much taste or flavor. The service and ambiance made the experience though. Super nice baristas and fun to enjoy the art work on the wall!

There's a small lil street on the side where you can park or where I parked was behind the place but it said private parking so don't know if your suppose to be there. The place is really cool and spacious, lots of seating outside and inside and you can see the ocean from there. The workers seems rushed, at the register I was ordering and she told my cost like if I was done ordering. Then I wanted to ask the girl that brought me burrito a question, as I was asking she walked away.I had gotten then HOT HORCHATA LATTE W/ OAT MILK, A BREAKFAST BURRITO, and on side a CHOCOLATE CINNAMON TWIST CROISSANT. The coffee didn't really have an horchata flavor just tasted like a regular latte, thankfully they had cinnamon powder where you can add on by yourself. Still a good coffee tho. Breakfast burrito was really good but wish they made their own salsas, instead of prepackaged. The winner was their pastry, idk if they make it or locally sourced but wish I bought more!!

This is a quaint little coffee shop right next to the beach. Bear Coast always serves decent quality coffee, and the baristas are so friendly and smiley here. My friend and I enjoyed our drinks as we stopped by the beach which was only a few steps outside to enjoy the view. There were more tables and seating than I expected so this may be a worthy study spot if I'm willing to make the drive out ever!

Yucky, bitter, and very strong coffee. I had to add creamer and sugar and choke it down. I was still feeling the caffeine 5 hours later. Ham and egg sandwich was okay
