Been coming for the awhile but this is going to be our last. Came here on Thursday around lunch time with our family who came to visit us. What we ordered: 2 lunch specials. (Caribbean spice, honey garlic). Small 8 chicken wings soy garlic. Small 8 boneless chicken soy garlic. 2 gyoza. The reason why this will be the last because it looks like there wasn't any sauce on the chicken and we had to pay extra to add more sauce. Who does that...as you can see from the pictures...it's just a small drizzle. Which was really sad. I love to eat the picked radish and we also had to pray extra for more of the picked radish....it seems this place is money driven...not customer service driven. The server didn't seem to help us. Wasn't kind or friendly. Also one of the Togo boxes had a dead bug in it.....so yah...no thank you.

We always enjoy bb.q chicken! Our favorite is the honey garlic chicken wings. We always get it to go & I always order ahead of time, over the phone. But recently, I've discovered their app. There was 20% off coupon someone sent me which I can claim via the app. So I downloaded and ordered from there. So if you haven't yet, check their app as there are discounts / promo there (may have rewards too for purchases). The place looks clean and quiet, whenever we pick up.As usual, my gripe is still the same! Small order (8pcs) gets (1) pickled radish, medium order (16pcs) gets (2) picked radish, and so it makes sense that large order (24pcs) should get (3) pickled radish. But they only give (2) even for large order which is 3 times more the small order! And we always order the large - 24 pcs wings. Please, please give 3 for the large order, please.

HALF & HALF WHOLE CHICKEN - SECRET SAUCE. Taste was not as expected.I love Korean fried chicken but the flavor or oil here threw me off. It has this strong aroma coming out after I started eating the fried chicken. I don't know if it's the oil they use or the batter but I was not enjoying it - very distinct taste from other Korean fried chicken places. Chicken was soft/tender inside and crispy outside.This place is very spacious compare to my previous trip to another bbq Chicken location in Tustin. This Irvine location is clean and well kept. They set up the table and ready to serve when you came in. I ordered for take-out. Staff was cordial but for some reasons, one of the female staff gave one of our family members a weird look. It was weird standing around waiting for our food because of the way the tables were set up. I did not feel comfortable. There were not any utensils or even napkins like some other typical take-out/restaurant like Furai Chicken where you can grab chopsticks/forks/gloves/napkins/water etc. I guess bbq franchise is different.Parking: plenty inside a big shopping plaza with HMart.

1st time trying this place, and it'll definitely be the last. Purchased the original, honey garlic (both boneless), a side of rice & fries = $48. Took quite a bit for the food to be prepped (no one was in line before me either and only 2 tables sitting to eat. Yet it still took 25 min to make my order). Rice was undercooked, fries were a bit soggy, honey garlic was good, but the original chicken tasted metallic. We peeled off the breading and the "meat" was shades of purple and pink. We checked the others and it was the same. We will NEVER come back and do not recommend anyone trying it either. UPDATE: ended up sick from the spoiled chicken we were served.

So hated to be disappointed... and write a not so good review. On my home. I ordered two boneless small - original and garlic and a kimchi fried rice with cheese on top. All my children pieces were dark meat and usually I am okay with dark meat but something about the dark meat this time was off... Kimchi fried rice came with uncooked green pepper pieces. Seemed they are mixed in afterwards. Odd to have green peppers and they are not cooked, very crunch. This is the first time I ordered kimchi fried rice from the North Park location. I usually order from the Tustin location. Maybe need to go back to Tustin

We have been here a few times. The orders take a long time so it is much better to order ahead online. And we have only tried the honey garlic wings and we like it a lot. The texture and crunch is amazing and the honey garlic sauce is pretty killer. The service is not bad. They just don't ever look very enthusiastic, during the times we have been there. But that's ok, the wings are good.

Big fan of Korean fried chicken and finally gave this place a try the other day! The chicken was crispy and delicious. I was soooo impressed! The chicken was cooked to perfection and came out in a huge family sized platter. We gobbled down every last bite. The service was great, we loved the recommendations she provided. Small location, but it's a quick to go spot. If you like wing stop and think wing stop has good wings, def come try this place!

I've passed by this place a lot and wanted to try it. I was looking for some lunch and finally stopped in. I discovered they have a lunch special that includes six boneless chicken pieces, fries and a can of soda. The price? $16.99, which I thought was very high for lunch but wanted to see why a lot of people like it. I sat outside and waited 15 minutes and my order hadn't come out. It was about 12:20pm and I was the only one there for lunch. Not a good sign. Maybe the students going to other places in that center can't afford a high-priced, slow lunch. I went in to check and was told they were still working on the order and it came out five minutes later. The chicken was very hot and tasty, and the fries were hot and super crispy. The six pieces were quite large and the portion of fries was not skimpy. I took three pieces home. My recommendation would be to offer a more reasonably priced lunch to better compete with all the $5 meal deals being offered by other restaurants. How about a three-piece combo meal for $9.95? Put up some signs and distribute neighborhood flyers advertising the new deal (maybe include a coupon for 20% off a $20+ order). Serve it faster at lunch and they may pick up some more business

We get the boneless golden original sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. Wish they had an only white meat option because I'm not a fan of only dark meat. The chicken sandwich they have for lunch isn't that bad wish they had it for dinner. Sweet potato fries are good.
