I got to know about banooo bakeryy through a friend, and i'm so glad! I ordered my baby shower cake and cupcakes from her and i would highly recommend her. The cake was exactly hiw i wanteed and it tasted sooooo good.She is super professional and she took the time during our initial discussion to walk me through everything as it was my first time ordering a bug cake for an event. The cupcakes also were super adorable and they tasted so great. I would highly recommend her for customized cakes.

Marjan at Banoo Bakery did an absolutely fantastic job creating our wedding cake. I had a vision which I drew for her and she brought it to life even better than what I had in mind! We were blown away by how gorgeous our cake looked! And not only that, but the taste was just phenomenal! Great communication throughout the planning process, and with our florist regarding cake decorations. Marjan's sweet, vibrant and down to earth personality will bring a wave of positive energy to any event. I 100% recommend Banoo Bakery for their fantastic service and amazing work of art. Marjan from Banoo bakery is absolutely amazing both as a person and as a professional baker!! I was impressed by her personality from the moment she responded to my message. Incredibly polite and professional. I knew I could trust her 100%. She listened carefully to what I asked and payed attention to every detail. She is very organized and very passionate about her work!! When I saw the cake I requested for my sister's baby shower, I couldn't believe how gorgeous it turned out!! Everyone loved the tiramisu filling too!! I could tell she absolutely made it with love and care!! I would definitely recommend her and will absolutely call her again for the next events!!

I love the amazing art work Banoo Bakery made for my birthday. Two layers of different taste of the best cake ever. First layer was tiramisu that no one could resist it. The second layer red velvet that everyone loved it. So, we definitely would order cake from Banoo Bakery and would recommend it to all of our family and friends. Absolutely the best. The most delicious and Awesome looking cake that you would ever try! I ordered this for my husband birthday and everyone including my hubby who rarely eats birthday cake loved it. Thank you for such a great job! Second to none

We have been in Orange County for a few years and have been ordering cakes for different occasions to different bakeries. We celebrated our sons 7th birtHday yesterday and ordered his cake to BANOO Bakery.It was THE BEST cake we ordered for our parties in California. The owner took our order in a short notice and professionally communicated with us to make exactly what we asked for. The look of the cake was amazing. The taste of the cake was even better than amazing. All of our guests were asking about the baker and we shared the information with them by all means. Banoo Bakery, we will be back soon for another order in January.Thank you so so much again.

Beautiful cakes! Marjan was so nice! She took her time to understand what I want. We booked a birthday cake and cup cakes from her. They are so pretty!!! She told me just to show her the pic and she ll make them the same for me. And she did it. The cakes are not just beautiful also delicious!

Zero stars. Terrible customer service. I have used her 3 times in the last year and this last encounter was completely different than any other time. We were texting back and forth about my order and she made me feel like she was doing me a favor by taking my order. She was too busy to provide delivery on the day of my event so I suggested the day before. She said she could but I noticed her delivery price increased. I simply asked why her delivery price had changed after three months thinking maybe it was a typo and she completely ignored me. Then the day of delivery I inquired about the delivery time and she told me she wouldn't be delivering at all. This left me scrambling and frustrated at the last minute. I told her I'd pick up but was clearly frustrated by her lack of communication. She then went OFF on me for saying that. If you use her just be a sheep and don't question a thing. Her customer service skills are severely lacking. I just hope she didn't spit in my cake. I unfortunately wouldn't put it past her with how rude she was.

She executed our vision perfectly!! Communication was so clear, and set expectations throughout. This picture does not do the cake justice, it was a hit at the shower.

Marjan was amazing since day one. Super responsive, easy to talk to, and best of all, her cakes are incredible! I ordered 2 cakes for the same day, we're celebrating my hubby and stepdaughter's birthdays. Based on their profession, I ordered a firefighter and a nurse themed cake. One was vanilla with tiramisu fillings, the other chocolate with cream and fresh strawberries (my favorite but they were both soooooo delicious!) I highly recommend Banoo Bakery for any occasion, Marjan is a true baker!
