This place is a hidden gem! It's tucked away in the corner of a business center where you might not expect to see a restaurant. The parking is fairly easy, even when it's crowded there are places to park just a little further away. I ordered the combination banh cuon and it was so delicious! I love all the flavors and textures in this dish. And honestly I have a hard time choosing which of the three kinds of rice rolls is my favorite. The pork had great texture, the shrimp has great flavor, and even the plain one is delicious in its simplicity. Their fish sauce is an amazing compliment to their food. I also really enjoy the drinks they have. I've had both the mung bean and Thai tea. The mung bean is not very sweet and is one of the more unique drinks. The Thai tea is classic and has great sweetness and tea flavor. Both come in smaller portions, maybe a 12 oz cup, but the quality is really good! I highly recommend that you check this place out!

Finally got to try this place. I did do takeout instead of dining in. The order was ready within 15-20 minutes. I got the #3 which is half pork and half shrimp banh rice sheets. It came with an egg roll, breaded roll, and bag of veggie which had bean sprouts and cucumber. They also provided fish sauce which wasnt enough for the plate and wished they gave more. Everything was a bit plain. The pork and shrimp were pretty bland in my opinion. The egg roll was also not very flavorful. I guess with the fish sauce, it would have been ok but they didnt give enough so it was a bit bland even with the fish sauce. I definitely have had better banh cuon elsewhere.

Small wait time and it does move fast once you put name down. Be around the area as it may be hard to hear your name. This is not a traditional Vietnamese Pho. There is sweetness to their soup, which is a different flavor than what I'm used to. Still I do enjoy it, and it goes to show there are many different areas even within the same country. The portions are really huge and definitely shareable. I felt like I was eating for four people, but I really wanted to try everything. For the price it is definitely a good deal.Don't come here expecting a lot of space and service. Cleanliness could also be an issue here but if you really are in Vietnam, it is a pretty authentic experience. They do at least give you very fresh ingredients and a lot of vegetables go with your chosen grub.

The Very Good: 1. The bahn Cuon Nhan thit + nhan tom was Excellent. it came with a fried egg roll, steamed ham, tofu, mung beans, mixed veggies and fried onion. It was supposed to have a shrimp cake which i did not see. But i ate this with so much gusto i forgot to take a picture. 2. The Price is very reasonable $12 3. The dipping sauce was a perfect blend of fish sauce , chili and whatever else. The fish sauce was no overpoweringThe Good. 1. The Bun Rieu was ok. It had 3 tiny meat balls and a lot of tofu. The serving size was generous .It was ok for $12.50 but not something I would come back for.2. the service was ok - the wait was long which is understandable because it's a weekend lunchtime - but tables sat empty for quite a bit before they would sit the next guests - so i think that added to the wait. Recommendation; If you like Bahn Cuon - this is a great place to go. Taste good . reasonable price. i will definitely be back

Clean little place i was craving fermented pork after seeing it eaten online and needed to find a place who sold it. At first I thought it was a pho place but I was wrong. That was fine because I got to go outside my box and try something new!! It was a very nice soup and I can't seem to remember what the name was of course but it was delicious. The vietamnese coffee was strong and sweet. The fermented pork was delicious we brought the rest home and ate it with rice. The service was very good and helpful. It was a nice experience clean and friendly.

Legit good banh cuon. I love the slight chewy texture and the sweet + sour sauce from the jar is a lovely addition of flavor. I highly recommend the #11 which has grilled pork in it. It's a fairly large filling portion. The addition of bean sprouts + cucumber, as well as fried shallots, bring the texture to another level.Free parking in the lot and easy to get in and out with the traffic light. So the wait is roughly 30mins, which you can kill a bit of time by walking over to the plaza next to this place for boba like BenGongs. Just make sure to come back quickly, as they don't call your number or hold your table if you miss your name being called.

There was a long wait during weekend lunch, but it was so worth it!! This place is so delicious. Ordered the nem chua heo (yum), #11 banh cuon thit nuong (rolls) (pretty good), #5 banh cuon nhan thit (excellent), #9 pork meatball bun (good). The jar of nuoc mam on the table is money. So good that we almost finished the whole jar. If you head to the bathroom in the back, you'll see they have several hot plates cooking up fresh banh cuon. You can order Togo if you don't want to wait for the table but it's better fresh. Definitely will be a regular here!

Great quality, Great quantity, Great value.Banh Cuon Luu Luyen is a favorite of mine and is so far the only place in Orange County that I have visited multiple times for food. They are a tiny little hole in the wall restaurant that specializes in making rice sheet dishes, and in my opinion, are the best to do it in all of Southern California.Although they only make "banh cuon" dishes, they serve these rice sheet dishes in so many different forms that there are so many options that will satisfy every kind of preference. My personal favorite is their Banh Cuon Thit Nuong which features a lemon grass grilled pork filling alongside some fresh crispy veggies wrapped in the signature banh cuon rice sheets. I have tried several other dishes at this restaurant and I've never been disappointed, but the Banh Cuon Thit Nuong is my go-to recommendation for anyone who is teetering on what to get.Funny enough, as amazing as their dishes are, I believe their Nuoc Mam Cham (fish sauce dip) is the star of their show. With over 20 years of eating different vietnamese cuisines and trying hundreds of restaurants' signature Nuoc Mam recipes, I can gladly say that this location has the BEST Nuoc Mam that I have EVER had in my life. If I did not already have a giant jug of fish sauce in my refrigerator at home, I would absolutely buy a gallon of their sauce to take home for use. Each time that I have visited, I have been helped by different servers. Regardless of who I have been helped by, I have always been met with a friendly face and quick and kind service. The servers are always quick with recommendations for new things to try for the few times that I was unsure and if you can communicate to them what things you enjoy, they will surely help you find the perfect dish for your taste!

I am a HUGE fan of this place!! The parking is ample, the service is great, and the food... Absolutely delicious!!!The portions were great with those prices (~$12 per dish). The banh cuon wrapper is great, thin but not too thin. The flavors for the meats were good too. I LOVE their mung bean cake, normally I don't care for it, but this one is possibly my fav bc it's not dry!!The fried shrimp I got because they sold out of the sweet potato fritter, but it was still solid! The pork bun cuon was as flavorful as other locations, so it's not the best I've had but it's pretty darn good! The tofu was there but not memorable. The fish sauce is solid (maybe a bit more on the salty side?).The banh beo was also very good and they are generous on the mung bean on the side. Love that they include for those who like to add it to their bite! All in all, I would 100% come back to support this small business!!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They took the time to explain how to order. Just a little eatery nothing fancy, but it does get crowded during the lunch hour.
