Came here for lunch today. It was a late lunch but there were still a few tables with diners in the restaurant.Got my usual, Baja bowl with chicken.Chicken was mostly burned when I got my order. I do not like burned meat because it's very unhealthy for us.Walked up to the counter to let them know. The gal went into the kitchen to let them know. I just wanted them to replace the burned meat but the kitchen ended up making another order.It was delicious though after they fixed it but I didn't see much beans in the bowl, mostly rice. I'll just let them know next time to give me more beans when ordering.

This is consistently good fast casual food. I typically have the two taco combo with the fish tacos. It comes with rice (awesome and buttery) and beans (black or pinto). This is a good portion of food. They also have a salsa bar with nice selection of heat. This place never disappoints.

Grabbed an early dinner on Friday and this place was buussssy. A lot of ordering to go but a good amount of people dining in too. Indoor and outdoor seating is offered, very spacious inside. Service is fast, employees are on it!I ordered the 2 tacos plate, shrimp and empanizado fish, with rice and beans. Definitely liked the shrimp taco more than the fish, rice was really flavorful and the salsas were delicious! Spicy which I loved. Chips and guacamole were yummy.This place was worth the stop!

Ordered Chicken Baja Bowl..where's the meat??? So I have loved this lake forest restaurant for many years!! I do want to say I recognize that you have to pay more for your employees. The cost of food has gone up and so has the price for the food items on your menu and that is OK. I get it !!..all that I'm saying is for the money I'm paying I'd like to know I'm getting value For the Buck! My Baja bowl was good, but it was lacking in protein that's all
