Delicious! Onion rings are super crispyRibs were really good. Bbq beans also good. Cole slaw solid.Mac and cheese YUM. Brussels were super delicious.Sausage and tritip were good. Brisket was my favorite! Would pass on the pulled pork, a little dry but not horrible. Just not as good in comparison to the other itemsWould definitely come back, the wait wasn't long and was super yummy.

Awesome experience! Bummed they couldn't take reservations considering we had such a large party, we did call earlier in the week.. but they were able to accolade we showed up 30 mins earlier than our party!! Thank you! Server was on it, he was really quick. Good was awesome, it all came out at the same time, and all still hot! Only minor complaint, we had a bottle of non alcohol wine for one person, and they were going to charge a $15 cork fee. (And it is a twist off!!) With a $400 bill, and most everyone else drinking you'd think restaurants would accommodate , but just a thought, not a complaint.

So I'm from the south, my BBQ standards are high, but I know to lower my expectations in CA. But this was just lower than I hope to find. My hubby and I were real hungry and saw the 4 stars given often on this place so we thought we'd give it a try. Service was good, everyone was nice and it was fast. Vibe was nice, chill and cozy with that great bbq smoked aroma. The food though was disappointing. Edible, but not great. The brisket was tender, but flavorless. Wait, except for the burnt char flavor mixed with cleaning solution? The tri-tip was mostly fatty and chewy, and the sausage was a bit dry and just salty. Not very flavorful. The bbq sauce was good, and very needed to make eating the meats a better experience. The cornbread was dry with basic flavor as well. Mashed potatoes were old and rubbery. Vegetables were undercooked but okay seasoning. It could be much better. But edible if you're in a pinch and need something open nearby.

After our original plans fell through, we were starving and looking for somewhere nearby to get lunch. Bad to the Bone was about 3 minutes from our location, so we headed over.Walked in and were hit with the smell of delicious BBQ, which was a promising sign! We chose to order at the counter and seat ourselves. Smoked Pastrami Sandwich - Husband got this and wasn't thrilled with it. He didn't like the flavor of the coleslaw on it (neither did I) so he removed it, which left a dry sandwich with thick slices of pastrami. The meat was OK, not the best pastrami we've had. We did like the cheesy sourdough bread, and the fried pickles served with it were good. For his side he went with their Mac & Cheese, which had a really nice flavor, but the noodles were gummy and the sauce was really runny.2 Meat Combo Plate - I had the Tri-Tip and House Smoked Sausage, with seasonal vegetables and garlic bashed potatoes as my sides. My tri-tip tasted good, but was cold. My potatoes tasted GREAT, but were cold. The veggies had awesome seasoning on them, and they were warm. The sausage was room temp and dried out, like it was overcooked. Whatever BBQ sauce they served on the side was tasty, I also tried their Carolina Gold sauce and really enjoyed that. Overall, it was a miss and we wouldn't return. Seemed like the flavors were pretty much there, but execution was not. It was about $50 for lunch, he had half his sandwich and mac leftover but didn't want to take them. I did bring home the veggies and one piece of tri-tip, but left over half of the dry sausage behind.

We picked up takeout in a Saturday afternoon. The chicken and pulled pork were both delicious and we especially loved the yellow BBQ sauce. Ranch beans were meat filled, cornbread tasty subtly sweet and tender. Especially loved the fried okra. We'll be back to try the brisket!

I've been really interested in smoking and grilling various cuts of meats ever since I purchased a smoker. It's been really fun to explore different flavors and for the sake of research, I love visiting local barbecue joints to see if I can replicate at home. It also shows me what I like and don't like about texture, moisture and level of smokiness. This location seems to get decent foot traffic every time we do a pick up at Subway. We decided it was time to give them a try. As first timers, we probably should have asked for their recommendation, but we just dived head first.Hubs got the full slab of ribs, which comes with choice of two sides (french fries and potato salad) and cornbread. The baby back ribs were warm and according to husband, dry. He did like their sides tho, but he only ate 2 ribs and packaged the rest as leftovers.I decided to do the Three Meat Combo: House Sausage, Pulled Pork and Brisket. If I had to prioritize, the brisket was top notch. It was moist and tender with that melt in your mouth feels. The house sausage was a runner up and the pulled pork, I would not order again. It was quite dry for my tastes and I love pulled pork anything. Such a disappointment. For sides, I got coleslaw and the garlic bashed potatoes. We definitely had leftovers and packaged quite a bit to take home. For the ribs, I wrapped them in aluminum foil with a bit of butter and bbq sauce and baked at 350 for about 20-30 mins. It was a lot better at home when served hot with some moisture introduced back into the ribs.Overall, it was quite the pricey lunch! If you check in with Yelp, you get a nice little discount, but I didn't even see it until after we paid. I would return for the brisket though, or figure out how they did it to recreate at home, lol.

Order, pay, get a number, they bring the order to your table. Self serve soda fountain, water and iced teas. Food comes out pretty quickly. Served on metal trays. Food is decent. Nice ambience. Honey whipped butter was delish.

We stumbled upon this restaurant coming back from visiting our friends in Corona. It was on the way home, and I needed to use the restroom. It was also a good time to stop and get the dogs out of the car for a little walk. After stopping, I decided I was hungry :) Checked their menu real quick to make sure they could accommodate my gluten allergy they could! Great service, and I would say good BBQ. I had the baby back ribs and the smoked 1/4 chicken... And in my opinion, those were the best option. My husband tried brisket, tri-tip and St Louis Ribs. For what it was, it was good and I'm happy to support a local restaurant that isn't a chain- however, our best friend is the best meat smoker I've ever met so I'm a little spoiled when it comes to BBQ.

Food and service were great . We ordered Ribs they were very meaty and fries seasoned perfectly. Very busy shopping center but plenty of parking . Place is 10/10! I would come back and recommend this spot.
