This place is pretty cool. They really stick to the theme! It's a bit dark and loud. When we visited, they were busy. The bar staff was a bit distracted but nice enough. The lager that they brew is delish! My partner ordered a mule which was tasty. They have a really cool vending machine with interesting knick-knacks. Not sure if they have anything to go, but we weren't looking because we just wanted to get back to our hotel. Overall, I'm glad we visited.

I was really looking forward to visiting Asylum Brewery, but unfortunately, they do not honor their own advertised promotions. I purchased a coupon book that clearly states they offer a beer for a penny, yet when I tried to redeem it, they refused and instead offered a completely different deal--Buy One, Get One Free--which is not what the coupon states. This is misleading and unfair to customers who purchased the book expecting businesses to uphold their agreements. If they were not going to honor the deal, they should not have participated in the program. It feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and I'm very disappointed in their lack of integrity. If you're considering visiting Asylum Brewery for a deal they advertise--be warned that they may not follow through. There are plenty of other great breweries in the area that respect their customers and stand by their word.Would love to see the management take responsibility and make this right. Until then, I won't be returning or recommending this place to others.

My friends and I went here to celebrate his birthday. It's a chill place with a brewery and games for entertainment. They don't sell food but they have outside vendors. Service was quick. Beer selection was limited but enough. Moscow mule was tasty.

Knocked off a star because the beer is good, but not as good as some of the other breweries in the area. Staff is super friendly and the decor is unreal. You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into the ambiance. Love the pinball and gaming machines. There's an app you can download to pay to play them, so you don't have to bring quarters with you.

Tried this place for the first time on a random Sunday afternoon. The venue is on point with the theme. I mean everything is relevant to theme, which is nice because other places say they're themed but then nothing else around it pertains to it. The bartender was super nice and helpful. I tried a light beer, it was tasty. The place has parking on the side. I was there for a little over an hour and it started to fill in a little more so I definitely think it's a place to check out

I never write reviews! But my experience at Asylum Brewing was so bad that I feel obligated to warn people. The moment we walked in, the vibe was off. The staff barely acknowledged us, and when they finally did, they acted like we were inconveniencing them by ordering drinks. No greeting, no recommendations--just blank stares and one-word answers. Then came the real disappointment: the beer. I've been to plenty of breweries, and this was easily some of the worst I've had. Every beer I tried was terrible. To top it all off, we had planned on using our PintLife Passport, which Asylum Brewing is supposed to be a part of. But when we asked about it, the bartender acted like it was expired? Even though it clearly states it's VALID all of 2025. If you don't want to participate, THEN DON'T SIGN UP-- clearly false advertise using the awesome PintLife Passport to get customer through your doors to then completely scam them and rip them off. I have used my Pint Pass at many other breweries that have awesome beer, friendly staff and makes me want to spend more money their brewery! Go to a place that will actually welcome you and honor what they signed up for. I really wanted to like this place because it's close to my house but sadly I won't be going back.Between the rude staff, terrible beer, and misleading promotion, there's no reason to ever come back here. There are way too many great breweries in the area to waste time on this one.

Avoid this place at all costs. I came in excited to try Asylum Brewing and use my PintLife Passport, which they are supposedly a participating brewery for. But when I asked about it, the bartender looked at me like I had three heads and said they don't accept it. Excuse me? Then why are you even listed?! Total bait-and-switch and a lawsuit waiting to happen if they don't offer what they signed up for.Strike one. Then came the beer. I've been to a lot of breweries, and let me tell you--this was some of the worst I've ever had. Watery, bland, and one even tasted straight-up metallic. I couldn't even finish my beer. It's like they're not even trying.Strike two.And the service? Nonexistent. The staff acted like they were being forced to be there, barely acknowledged customers, and seemed totally uninterested in answering basic questions. If you like being ignored, this is the place for you.Strike three. With so many great breweries around, there is absolutely no reason to waste your time here. Go anywhere else.

My father (a veteran) recently underwent major back surgery and spent six months in the hospital recovering. For his birthday, I surprised him with a PintLife Passport, and we planned to visit all the participating breweries together as a father-son bonding experience. Our very first stop was Asylum Brewing--and it was an absolute disaster. We walked in and sat down at the bar and the bartender just ignored us for 20 straight minutes. Was not a busy day either. Finally we went to order and I presented the PintLife Passport, the bartender refused to honor it, even though this brewery is listed as a participant. I was very confused so I asked to speak with a manager in a very polite way hoping to clear up the issue. Not only did the manager refuse to accept the passport, but he was shockingly disrespectful--especially toward my father. I calmly explained the situation and even offered to pay for the beers myself just to keep the experience positive. But instead of showing even the slightest bit of decency, the manager smirked at us and said, "Well, we don't need your service anyway." Then he refused to serve us at all.I was absolutely stunned. My father, who has sacrificed two decades of his life serving this country, was treated like a nuisance and turned away for absolutely no reason. After leaving in disbelief, I contacted PintLife directly, and they were very kind and apologetic. They confirmed that Asylum Brewing was not upholding their end of the agreement. Avoid this place!!!! We left and went to villains brewery down the street and my dad got a free beer for his service! Go support that place not asylum

Brought my buddy back here because I was excited for him to see it and he had bought the pintlife pass as well. I had already used mine here in the past so I fully planned to pay full price for my beers. The staff decided to try and pull a fast one on my buddy and refused to take his pass saying that it would only be honored as a buy one get one free deal, even though when I was here in the past they honored the pint for a penny. We left without buying anything at all due to the lack of integrity this business decided to uphold. Seems very odd to not honor what is in the pintlife book. Seems like it's gonna end up being a legal issue if they keep trying to screw people over. Absolutely won't be coming back unless they make a serious change in their business and uphold the deals they put forward.
