Plenty of parking spaces. They have some indoor seating available. I got the Lychee Yakult with Lychee Popping Boba and with less sugar. Even with the less sugar, the drink was too sweet. I think maybe the Lychee Popping Boba added the extra sugar level to the drink, but it was too sweet for me. This is such a convenient and good quality boba place in Mission. My go to drink recently has been a peach green team 75% sweet with lychee jelly and strawberry popping boba. So refreshing! If you're not too into sweet, but my drink sounds good, I'd probably go 50% sweet because they toppings do add extra sweetness. I have yet to try their milk teas, but my family loves them. Everyone is also super nice there, too! They always have great recommendations.

This location has changed out to different boba businesses. I am not sure how long it has been AiCha. We tried a variety of drinks from milk teas to fruit slushes. We also tried traditional boba, lychee jelly and strawberry popping boba. I like they have non caffeine options, teas, coffees and various mix ins. You can change the sweetness level and amount of ice.

I am a boba fanatic and this place can sure serve up a boba! I love that they are open later than most boba shops in south Orange County. They have a nice selection of different bobas. I tend to get taro or matcha drinks and they haven't disappointed. My husband really love the Yakult bobas! It's a small little boba shop and it gets quite busy so you may not find seating. It doesn't have as trendy vibe as other boba spots, but still cool. They have an arcade machine there. All in all, this is now my new boba spot! Try it!

I love Aicha boba !! Their teas are super yummy and refreshing especially on hot summer days !! I personally love their lavender series and a peach oolong tea is always my regular !! Their music and ambience always fits the vibe and a perfect place to study ! The workers are also very nice, stylish, and are able to answer any questions !! I LOVE AICHA BOBA !!!

Nothing special tbh... I came here a few times to study or just have something to drink after my classes but all the drinks I've got just don't satisfy my cravings . Regular ice is like 5 ice cubes and I like my drinks cold soit just feels like its been sitting out but I could always just ask for extra ice. The teas are pretty watered down and the boba kinda just tastes like nothing. I haven't tried the slushies which everyone seems to like so I might give it one last try. Studying there is okay... the seats against the wall are hella uncomfortable lmao but I like how it's dimly lit and employees are nice. But overall, just not for me ig...

I've boba shop hopping since I needed a place to do my homework. This has been by far the best homework spot! They have multiple outlets by each seat. The seating area isn't crammed either and they have free wifi!!! The younger employees play great music (tyler the creator,dean, and and kali uchis.) Customer service is great here! All their milk teas are dairy free which is really nice. They are very quick at making drinks, the employees know what they're doing. The drinks come out really scrumptious everytime. My personal fav as of right now is the matcha strawberry slush!Overall it's been only great experiences the past couple times I've been there for finals. No distractions besides when it begins to get busy around 8pm lol

Cute little boba place in Mission Viejo with a great menu of classics and specials. I ordered the Oreo milk tea with egg pudding and it was so delicious. I totally forgot to ask for less sweetness but it still came out perfect. The almond milk tea was perfectly almondy and the pearls were perfectly chewy. Would come back here for sure. Great service too.

Mulberry green tea 50% sweet w boba: Pretty good! The tea base is nice, floral, and light and I can taste a slight mulberry flavor. I tried it w black tea base and it was too strong and I couldn't taste any mulberry and was very one note. Get the green tea base! 4/5 If the mulberry flavor were stronger it would be 5/5Boba is soft and squishy. Could be bigger but not bad 4/5
