Review 19/365 Challenge Visited a girlfriend that lived in Santa Ana.On my way to her house. I noticed the old Walgreens is now a 7 Leaves.So estatic i was, i checked they were closing at 10 pm. In 20 mins.So i did my drop off and rushed to the coffee/tea shop.They were no longer taking mobile orders since it's 10 min b4 closing. This location has a drive thru. So went thru the drive thru.We had a few costumed drinks. Associate was really patient and understandable especially it was almost closing time. What we ordered~ Sea Cream Jasmine Tea is my fav. Got it w Crystal boba and I loved it. ~ Taro Milk Tea was delicious as always. ~ Jasmine milk tea was good. Able to get it half sweeten. They offer a free pup cup for your TIP~ Download their 7Leaves App to earn leaves towards free drinks/desserts.Along with getting a free drink for your birthday and deals/promos.

October 2 @1:29 pm l was at the drive thru and paid cash for my drink, gave her dollars and $1 and $15 cents in coins, she did not want to count them and mentioned that she didn't know how to count coins, I told her it was $1.15 cents, she was mad and rude that I gave her the coins, I felt disrespected. I called and asked to speak to a manger, she answered and said that she was in charge, I asked for her name and she didn't want to disclose her name.always pass to this location and I have never experience this before. Part of a business success is the customer service experience. I will never buy again from this location, and will recommend another coffee shop to friends and family, I rather take my money back to Starbucks.What a horrible experience I had .

Came to their grand opening (3/16) and it looks like they have this planned out nicely. Tents, music, raffle, and other goodies for early birds. This place is located at the corner of Segerstrom Ave and Bristol St. We were in line (outside of the facility) for a while as they only allowed a few inside. Once we got inside, it went by pretty fast as we were familiar with their menu from other locations. Staff were friendly and efficient in taking orders. We ordered a Vietnamese coffee with no ice, extra pour (it was $1.50 additional), one of their Signature Lattes, Spanish Latte, and lastly ham and brie. Vietnamese coffee was as expected, deliciousness and addicting. Spanish Latte, on the other hand, was my first time trying and it wasn't too bad. It was light and not sweet. Ham and brie was heated perfectly. Overall experience was great and food and drinks were great. I would come back to this location at another time just to see how everything would be like on a day to day basis.

Just opened as of March 2024! They utilized a former mini Walgreens, so it's a weird layout. If you're doing drive thru, best to enter off Segerstrom. You'll have a pretty sharp turn that your vehicle probably won't be able to make if you enter off Bristol. You'll need to reverse to make it, so if there's traffic behind you, you'll be stressed. You can also park, walk in, and order. Looks like a few tables and chairs inside. Fast and friendly service!They mostly offer drinks, but do have macarons. Their pricing on the menu is for their small sizes, which are 20 oz. Large supposedly cost 80 cents more and are 26 oz. From my recollection, small base drinks almost all cost $5 as of March 2024 before any add ons. I got an iced Vietnamese coffee. Sweet and delicious!

Solis and I had an amazing time at the official Grand Opening of this 7 Leaves location! We played games and danced to many songs! The host Newton (my apologies if I spelled his name wrong) is an awesome individual that helped get the crowd going with great games and performances. I am so happy we got to support Greenville Fundamental Elementary school with our purchase! For the drinks, we got the mint sereno, spanish signature latte with soy milk, sunset passion ezi, and a matcha soy ezi with boba. For the food, we got three orders of the croffle, one order of the ham&brie, one strawberry macaron, one pistachio macaron, and one earl grey macaron.

Really gave this location a chance, but they always get my order wrong. Like 1/3 times it's wrong. Also drive thru has to be the slowest drive thru of all 7 leaves. Want to give this place 0 but service is nice and at least it tastes right.

I've been an addict for 7 leaves :,) and I'm so glad they opened a new location here. I always order a regular house coffee easy sweet. Unfortunately, across all 7 leaves stores, the coffees are the only drinks where sweetness can be changed. I haven't sat inside the store yet, but it looks very spacious. Entering the drive-thru here is a bit awkward but that's easy to work around. I especially love the Iced Santa's House Coffee closer to the christmas season. It's perfectly minty. The staff is always nice as well.

The barista with brown-orange hair and glasses was so rude. I work at a cafe too so I understand the environment of working in one but if you don't like your job then don't work there? I couldn't ask her for anything cause she immediately would close her window at the drive thru. All our drinks were made with 80% just ice and I'm pretty sure they made it like that cause they were annoyed.

Probably the worst 7 leaves I have ever been to. I love love love Jasmine Milk Tea from 7 leaves, my absolute favorite. This was my first time at this location, it was the morning so the line wasnt something I was worried about. The team was actually great and very kindI got my Jasmine Milk Tea, easy ice and easy sweet. My regular order at all 7 leaves. When they handed me the drink, by the color of it, I already knew it was not going to be great. And in fact was very disgusting. I actually got extra ice in my drink and the drink tasted like just milk - not exactly what I ordered. Very disappointed in this location. Not too sure if I will be returning here due to the quality of the drink.
