3rd Place Coffee

Friendly service, yummy drinks, and great breakfast pricing! I love the variety and pricing of the breakfast offerings. I have to come back to try the breakfast burger!We ordered a hot vanilla latte, a hot dulce de leche latte, a sausage breakfast croissant, and a bacon burrito. The sandwich and burrito were huge! We loved the salsa too. Although not my experience, I overheard a situation where another customer took a pickup order by mistake. Props to the barista and other worker who were quick to correct the issue. They did a remake of the order pretty quickly and were very apologetic and friendly. Will be back again!

Service was friendly. But this is not a fast place for food. I could be wrong but I think there may be just one person in the back making all the food items. Had to wait 20 mins for my sandwich due to a busy afternoon. I ordered the Turkey Avocado Bacon on rosemary sourdough. The bread was good as far as it being fresh but the rosemary was a little overpowering for me personally. It's been hours since I ate it and can still taste it. As for my decaf oat milk brown sugar latte... I knew from first taste it was a bit more acidic than other places I get my coffee from. Acidic isn't great for my stomach as Dunkin makes me feel ill as well. Needless to say, it's a cute spot and very busy on a Saturday afternoon as hikers go there after their hikes next door. I may not return as there are many other places to check out in the city still.

Loved their Spanish latte! Their burritos are really filling and hit the spot. The breakfast bagels are good too! Plenty of seating indoors and there are some tables outside too.Service was friendly and the food came out pretty quick!

Always very friendly and patient. It's a large space so there's a lot of room to sit inside or outside.They have both great coffee and some tasty bagels and burritos. Another favorite is the Hawaiian fruit salad.

I had 3rd place on my list for a long time. Hesitant to try honestly because I wasn't sure if it was a true coffee shop or more of a cafe. Finally went today and it was very very good. House made vanilla syrups and a few other fun flavors with honey they offer Super friendly service. She explained to me how they make the vanilla syrup and I knew I was in for a treat. Coffee could use maybe a tax bit more syrup but overall very good. Will make it my rotations for sure. Probably the best coffee shop in this area

Great coffee and even better breakfast burritos and bagels! Love this local spot. The staff is very kind, good service, and the food is consistently good.

Hiked to see red rocks and this spot is perfect to grab breakfast! Loved you could order any of the burritos as a bowl, I chose the Vegetarian. They include hash browns adding crunch! The green salsa was very tasty and gave the bowl some heat! Shared a piece of coffee cake with my friend, served warm, was so good! Love everything is served on mismatched dishes

A nice and decent place for your coffee or caffeine fixing. This place has a variety of items from tea toCoffee and more. They have bites and sweets. As well. Inside area has a good amount of seating area and during the hot days it's nicely air conditioned. I had tried the iced Pooh Late which is espresso with cinnamon and honey. The flavors did go very well but the flavor of the espresso was slightly weak in my opinion I kept thinking maybe they put too much milk and maybe not enough of the espresso because at one point I thought maybe it was just a milk drink. The coffee cake I got with it was just ok. It was very dense and heavy but the flavor was good. Overall a nice place if you're in the area for a nice cold or hot drink. Service was very good though as everyone greeted and was really nice.

My friends and I all tried something different and we all agreed that everything was yummy!! From the drinks to the food not one complain! Considering we went on a Saturday morning, the service was fast and great!

We were in the area and it was coffee time so we took the chance to finally try this place! Admittedly, we had been out running errands and just didn't realize what time it was. We parked and walked in, and I noticed they would be closing in about 10 min. The cashier greeted us but it looked like she and the owner were starting to close things up. My husband apologized and said we didn't realize they were closing, but both the cashier and the owner were super friendly; the owner told us it's ok, they are still open, and our business helps keep them open. Can't argue with that but we do not make a habit out of visiting businesses right around closing time.We just ordered one coffee, a hot brown sugar latte. While we waited, our daughter found the (free) table games and was trying to play them. It just took a few minutes to receive the drink then we thanked them and headed out.The drink was delicious and well balanced. Not too sweet at all and had a great roasty flavor to the coffee! I want to try some of the food items on another visit. We will have to come back and try other things. Great local coffee spot with friendly staff and a neat and clean seating area!
