Intazza Mug & Grub

Really cute establishment nestled in Golden Hill. Modern decor and a lot of space to "work from home" or study. Has a patio attached and on a nice sunny day is perfect to bring your dog. I went here with a friend early Sunday morning and ordered the Bee's Knees ice latte with the Italian avocado toast. Both were wonderful and I'd order again. The caveat here is there's street parking only so get mentally prepared for that on a weekend or busier times. Lots of variety here as far as food. Waffles, açaí bowl, burritos. Service is great and the severs are very sweet.

My companion and I settled on Intazza after two of our coffee shops were CLOSED on a Monday. Whyyyy?!?Anyway, settled is the wrong word for this place.It's very aesthetically warm, open, and inviting from the outside as well as inside. The street is busy, but there are plenty of spaces to park. We walk in and are greeted quickly, and Devan(?) mentioned that all we needed to do was ask if we had any questions about the menu. I decided on the Wakey Bakey Flatbread, and a large Iced Shivered Caramello. They gave us a number, and we sat at the big comfy couch for hours. Our drinks were ready at the counter, and our food was brought to us. The coffee was up to par, and I was surprised at how large the flatbread was. So simple, yet full of flavor. The crust - crispy, the eggs, fluffy, the pesto, tangy, etc. It was enough for both of us to get full.Add in great conversation and great company, and it equaled a perfect afternoon.

Intazza is a coffee shop that has a rare, cozy feeling. I visited after my friend, who is a regular, recommended it! The interior is lovely and felt quite spacious for its size! The brick and mortar design and plentiful seating helped my productivity as I studied for a very important, stressful test. There are many delicious food options, and their burrito was quite filling. It wasn't unique but I was satisfied and satiated. All of the servers and baristas were so kind as well!If you are looking for a place to get a sweet treat or quick bite to eat while socializing or studying, this is the place to do it! The relaxed environment helped me relax during a very stressful time!

Truly an underrated cafe and grub area in the Golden Hill Neighborhood! I wanted to eat breakfast and wanted more than a pastry but also I didn't want to commit to an extremely brunch focused restaurant. Intazza fit the description I was looking for and we dined out on their spacious patio. We moved inside later on when it became windy and there was still many seats available. You enter and place your order at the counter, receive a table number, and then choose your seat. I ordered a Bees Knees Latte, Hot Mess, and Wakey Bakey Flatbread. Bees Knees Latte (4/5): Cinnamon, honey, and espresso! It could use less cinnamon and more honey, because I had to cough every time some went up. Hot Mess Tater Tots (4.5/5): Non-greasy fried potatoes that were super crispy. A savory soyrizo, sour cream, jalapeños, and cheese, and a fried egg made this dish filling and worth it. Wakey Bakey Flatbread (4.5/5): Delicious pesto is smothered on the base of the flatbread. With eggs and cheese, this protein filled choice was a great breakfast option and shareable. There was so much basil and plentiful tomatoes as well! It was also a beautiful day out which made the experience of dining here way better. If you're not looking to fully have a hands on brunch experience, Intazza is your go to. They have great coffees and a great spacious area to read, study, and dine. Only positive things to say about Intazza!

My coffee was made to perfection. The barista was super kinda and patient. Such a pretty area to enjoy a coffee in the morning.

This little spot was excellent. I wanted a cup of coffee, and the trusty Yelp app had terrific recommendations. Intazza was a comfy corner location at a busy intersection, but the overall feel of the place was quiet and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the recommendations that were provided were fabulous.Looking forward to my next visit as there were many items I wanted to try on their menu.

An adorable local spot! Intazza is fairly new, so I think it has a few freshly opened quirks to work out... but the space is a great one! I can't wait to watch them blossom! This coffee shop is ideal for meeting up with a friend to catch up, or getting work done. WiFi is free, and couches and tables and are spacious and comfortable.

Excellent coffee shop with outdoor seating and open air atmosphere. The brown sugar latte was delicious. I did not try the food but it looked great. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Devan, Ehleah and the other baristas are amazing. The vibe is amazing. There is plenty of room so it feels nice and comfy. My friends and I hangout here sometimes because the vibe is casual/free.As for the drinks, i usually get the same iced latte with oat milk bcuz i am lact-... (tmi). so i cant review their other drinks but its great what i get. one day ill try a diff drink just like i promised Devan i would read On the Road by Kerouac.Omg the music is great here too !!
