I live in the vicinity, so the drive-thru at Zaxby's is a convenient option for me. While I have frequented this establishment on numerous occasions, I must admit that I am not particularly fond of their toast. More often than not, I find myself saving it for breakfast the following morning, paired with a fried egg. On this visit, I hoped Zaxby's might accommodate a substitution for the toast.To set the scene, the drive-thru had a muffled and distorted microphone, which made communication somewhat challenging. My friend opted to try the MrBeast Box, and we ordered two of them--he ordered his first and then mine with a request for no toast and extra fries. Regrettably, both boxes arrived without toast, and the fries seemed to be in their standard portion. To top it off, my box was missing a chicken finger.Despite these mishaps, we will likely return in the future.

The first thing I have to say is that the staff here are hard working and super nice! Make sure to download the app to earn rewards quickly and order ahead. My orders have always been ready before the estimated time. We always dine in as there's plenty of seating and the tables have always been clean.I really enjoy their signature chicken sandwich and my husband orders wings each time. But where they fall EVERY time no matter what is the Coke Freestyle machine being out of certain syrups. My husband gets really upset that he's never gotten his vanilla Diet Coke. Hands down, 100% of the times we've been the vanilla syrup is out :(

Food is usually good for the most part. Their attention to detail never fails to surprise me. I applaud their consistency. Sure they have their moments but it's usually a good experience. I find myself coming back time and time again.

Zaxby's was running a deal over the weekend where you could buy 10 wings and you got 10 free for National Chicken Wing Day. So on my app I ordered 2 orders of 10 wings with the wimpy sauce and ranch dip. It cost about $15 with tax but that was for 20 wings. The order was ready when I arrived. The wings were crispy and had a good amount of meat on them. The sauce was good I could have taken a bit more heat but I was afraid of the spicier options. I would get the wings again if I had a coupon, but I would not pay full price for them.

Since Cane's parking lot was full for dine in at 2:30 pm on a Thursday (the newness is still prevalent), I decided to check out their competition just a little bit down the road. Their menu is more extensive with wings, salads, and fried pickles. And their soft drink choices are much more extensive with one of those touch screen vending machines. Lot's more Zero options too.I ordered their number one which is a combo of three fingers, fries and Texas toast. I couldn't taste any real difference in the chicken or fries. Both places are equally good. But Zaxby's toast wasn't as good and there was no coleslaw. But then I ordered with no waiting and the food came out super quick, YES!The dining room is very unique. It is all wood paneling and their booths have high backs and walls making it a more intimate affair. Trash cans are doubled at each station. A lot of parking available too.

Gave 3 stars because the staff was friendly but it was so gross and I would never eat here again. The Texas toast was old and a hard chewy texture. The grilled chicken is foul. It's incredibly salty. It's for sure pre made and heated up. Despite it looking halfway decent once I started eating I realized how wilted and gross the salad and tomato was.

Delicious food! Awesome friendly staff!!!Orders the chicken fingers meal, comes with one sauce, .25 for a second one. The fingers were more like large chicken nuggets but were AWESOME!!!!The fries were exactly 8oz:( very good and well seasoned!!'Had the coke machine with lots of options. Very clean and upscale decor!!Restroom was clean and had a baby changing station for all the mothers out there.Overall delicious food at a great priceDownload the app and scan and pay was easy peezy!!!

Went during lunch. Place looked closed I was only one in line. Had to wait 5 min in drive thru for food. Chicken sandwich was fresh and good. Fries were not fresh. Still a good lunch and I'll be back!

Well I went in to this with high speciations I was a little disappointed. It was okay as far as the tenders and the fries. The high point was not what I expected it was the toast it was delicious. I would like to try some of their other stuff so I will go back. I also had high hopes for the Zaxby's sauce and it was just alright. The staff was not that friendly . The lay out of the restaurant was not that good if there were more than two people in line it spilled out into the front door way and were in the way for people to get to the bathroom. There building a Raising Canne's a couple of lots over maybe they will live up to the hype.
