Was visiting for the Royal Rumble in Indy and stopped for breakfast morning of. Got seated very quickly and the place was nice. Blake was our waiter and he was very very personable and fun, also patient with us as we were deciding what to eat. Had the horchata cold brew and it was awesome. For breakfast we had the biscuits and gravy and the chilaquiles. Biscuits could've been better but the gravy tasted good, the salsa on the chilaquiles also needs improvement, did not taste fresh. I still want to give 5 stars because I loved our waiter and the atmosphere at the place, a person behind the bar came to chat with me about wrestling and he was also very cool. Will come back if I'm in the area.

We really enjoyed the variety of options to eat. From breakfast burgers and American to Mexican style options, everyone had good choices. We had the BLT with avocado and it was delicious. Big thick bacon. We also had the pancakes, eggs and sausage and an order of the Nutella crepes. Omg the crepes were so good.The server was very sweet and attentive. We sat in a comfortable booth. The place is very large inside with many seats. It's kind of a loud place but once you're sitting down it's fine. It's not a quiet type of place. I would've liked to go back again!

Very good brunch and mimosas! Prices are fair and they have half price mimosas between 12 and 2. Staff is attentive and awesome . Forgot my waiters name but it was an older Latino gentleman at the location in Castleton. The atmosphere is always cool and calm my only thing is it's a small location and it seems like we're so close together otherwise very nice

I so miss this brunch place since I moved from Indy so I try to visit when I'm back in town. I was a little disappointed to learn that they just changed their menu to remove the red velvet French toast - my absolute favorite - but was overjoyed when they still had stuff for it in the back and I was able to get it one last time. I will definitely miss it in future visits but they're still got other great French toast and brunch food in general. I also always love their speciality coffees. I went with the rosemary molasses latte this time and it was so good. My partner got the breakfast burrito which was also a great dish and good to split with the sweetness of the French toast. Our server was great and I really appreciate him going the extra mile to get me my red velvet French toast one more time. I definitely recommend yolk if you're in the area!

Just revisited at 12/18/24 (Wed. morning) with some coworkers for a holiday breakfast. Service and food were both good. I had the eggs benedict. I ordered cheesy grits but it arrived with the potatoes and our server did bring my grits, so I actually had both. Couldn't finish al lthegrits - that is a decent sized bowl. I honestly didn't pay too much attention to every one ele's plate, although I did take a pic of my friend's cinnamon bun pancakes (I think?) that looked like pure dessert (and heaven, ha!) Also had coffee, and for that, I know I had several cups and our server was stellar about keeping us filled. #yum #ReviewsByRL

If you're looking for a breakfast that's a little bit extra, yolk is the place to go! The portions are very generous and the wait staff was really kind. Went on a Friday morning and it was a laid back vibe but I can only imagine how busy weekends get.

The coffee selection is impressive, offering various options like cappuccino and espresso, making it a good for coffee lovers.The pineapple yogurt, crisp and fresh, is an absolute delight. The pancakes with blueberries were fluffy, and the blueberries tasted incredibly fresh, not tart at all. A personal favorite was the French toast, according to my companion who found it wonderfully satisfying.We also indulged in the skillet with potatoes - a great choice. Don't forget to ask for ketchup and hot sauce to elevate the flavors. We visit this place every time we are in town. It's consistently delicious. Clean restaurant with friendly servers! It never disappoints! You know, if restaurateurs really put some forward thinking into their operations, they would assume that most of their clientele, especially at a location like Yolk, deal with some sort of disability -- like me, with Parkinson's. So, I've become one of the region's most prolific delivery customers!Unfortunately, as a delivery customer, you can only make remarks about say, the tiny portions of potato sides, after the fact and not during. I understand that there's some wiggle room on the $50+ price for two burrito breakfasts (see associated photos), but hey, what are you really losing by providing another dozen or so potato cubes on my plate? C'mon, it's a bit of American Green on a breakfast plate!I will try this location one more time and see if they become more reasonable with their portions, particularly when getting a delivery.
