Yeager Office Suites of Ft. Harrison

Just love these unique office buildings. Tons of creativity, color, individuality in this and other Yeager office buildings. Meeting rooms all named from the theme with which they are decorated. Nice common/ open areas also. Well maintained. Biggest gripes: parking sometimes overcrowded and for some reason, there are some seriously non-environmentally friendly bathroom users. Multiple times I've been here, there's oddly what appears to be a whole roll of tp in the commode. Weird/ wasteful.

if you sign up, don't expect your security deposit back no matter how clean you leave your space. I moved in and then decided I didn't want the office space. Worked only one full day. Never unpacked a box or hung a picture. When I received my security deposit back, they kept $105 first insisting they had to repaint. When I pointed out the office was never used they then claimed the fee was for touch up painting- still no walls were damaged, vacuuming and waxing the floor - the entire floor was carpet and removing stickers from a window - the office had no windows...If they charge this amount for an office never used, don't expect any of your security deposit if you decide to use your space. What a rip off!
