Give sixty days' notice, and you can leave. Just be warned, these offices are in demand, and it may take a while before one opens up again.The value for the money is hard to beat, and the decor is an incredible blend of industrial and modern that will leave your clients talking.

I use the Y member's co-working space and this is a phenomenal spot to work- hold meetings and come and go as you please. The staff is amazing, the facilities are beautiful and the community in the building is awesome! If you are looking for an office space or co-working location- definitely recommend it!!

We are in Fishers 2 building, been here 2 years. 1) The heating / air conditioning is a complete joke - always too hot. 79.4' in the suite this morning - told front desk 'attendant' - she laughed. Must be nice to have no accountability - everything is funny. 2) Noise from the neighbors - the area of our suite is now ( hair stylist row ) and one of the neighbors refuses to shut her door - and basically screams over the noise of the hair dryer. Works well when we are on the phone with customers - I guess I should just laugh, too.

Rent a suite and all utilities included sounds like a great deal. But be warned. I rented a suite at their Greenwood location. This company does not work like other landlords. You will be charged for every other little thing. They require that all work on the suite be done by them (for premium prices!). You are not allowed to paint your suite or even hang pictures. Some utilities are not included like phone, that is extra. I was charged $150 to have my 175 square foot room painted one color. And when I moved out, another $92.50 for touch up paint was taken out of my security deposit. I emailed and called the company to complain that this was unfair. They argued with me and refused to return any of my money. Please understand that unlike other landlords, unless your suite is left in the exact manner that your rented it they will take money from your security deposit. At $30 per square foot for an office suite, that is not such a great deal.

The Fishers location is so noisy, and it's not from the exterior of the building. Doors to suites are left open while those are on conference calls. The walls are thin enough as it is, but the doors are even worse when you can hear word for word anyone in the hall way speaking. We are irritated by this because of the agreement indicated to be respectful about noise but who follows it, no one especially the front desk!
