I'm a front-line worker and needed a place to shelter away from home so I don't bring anything home with me. I heard of this new location and decided to give it a try. So far, it's going great. The staff have all been very responsive on the few occasions when there was an issue. The hotel itself is clean and new. If you're looking for an affordable and clean place to stay for a little while, I give the Woodsprings Suites my recommendation. I'm grateful for all of the support they have given me through this difficult time!

Beds were comfortable, had to push them back on the frame, coffee maker 50.00 extra purchase from desk, charged to exchange towels (linen charge), WiFi snail slow, don't expect to stream video at near 6 megawhatevers, yep, 6megawhatevers even for the 13.00 a week charge ( three devices max, no switching devices either), you have to argue "male general manager"for a refund if you leave earlier than expected. Strobe light smoke detector of bed. Female general manager (weekends) owns customer service experience and attempts have to return customers. Up to 4 rolls of toilet paper allowed per week, buy more if needed. Hospitality suffers here...

ROACHES and HAIR!!!! Those 3 words should be enough to let you know you should NOT consider this place but if you need more detail here ya go.... Moved from California to Indianapolis and there was a delay in the move in date for my apartment due to renovations. So found this place online for a 2 week extended stay. It was the least expensive as all other hotels were booked up for the upcoming Indy 500 weekend. Checked in and all was ok for the price. Got to the room and did my usual inspection and there was A LOT of hair not only under the sheets and blankets on both beds but the lampshade by the bed(s) was also FULL of hair. Fast forward 24 hours and a random roach was just crawling on the wall by the tv like it was paying for half the room and belonged there. IMMEDIATELY went to Home Depot and grabbed two HUGE bottles of bug spray because didn't want to take any unwelcome visitors to my new place. Yes, I wanted to move to a different hotel BUT, contract clearly states no refunds so I was stuck. Sprayed the HAIL out of the room and allWas good for 3 more days then ANOTHER roach appears. I know for some people 2 roaches may not seem like a lot but anybody who grew up with or around them knows how quickly they reproduce and infest. I had anxiety and saw things moving for the next two weeks until I was able to leave. Then the anxiety continued because I was afraid of stowaways to my new place. Paid extra money to my new landlord just to have them exterminate as a precaution after I moved in. Long story endless.... PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!!! Peace of mind is priceless

Do not book a room here unless your ok with hollow walls and can hear everything around you from the rooms above and next to you for example children running around upstairs, the room next door having set at 2 in the morning when your trying to sleep and their bed banging the wall back and forth. The kitchen does not have pots and pans nor silverware, you can purchase them at the front desk for 30 bucks but they don't have any to purchase. No coffee maker. The hallways smell like marijuana. They don't change towels unless you walk to the front desk with your dirty towel to request new ones. So I would definitely not recommend this hotel for anyone trying to have a nice comfortable stay. if your trying to get high, have sex or just have a cheap place to live for some time then it may work for you.
