Wolfies Grill - Carmel

Ok... So we can early for happy hour and dinner.Was told they no longer do happy hour because they brought out a new menu.Really? What does bringing out a new menu have anything to do with happy hour sorely disappointed.My nachos and the wife's tacos were delicious their food still good even with the new menu it's just the fact that we drove 35 minutes to come here so we can have happy hour and they decided not to have it anymore because they got a new menu which is dumbDawn the bartender is awesome as always.

I stopped by this place while in Indy on business.I have visited the Fishers location several times, but since I was in the Carmel area I figured I would give this location a shot.The service was good, our server made sure that we were taken care of, and any time our glasses got low she was right there to ask what beer we wanted next.The beer selection is ok at best, not quite as good as the other location. Fortunately, there was at least a couple of decent beers to choose from, but nothing special.The food was pretty decent, and was served fairly quickly. Overall, I would say if you like the Fishers location you will like this one. Though there are alot of other places in the area that offer a better overall experience at a similar pricepoint.

We absolutely Loved this new to us spot and questioned why we'd never tried it before! Pub type atmosphere and we felt you could dress up or down and still feel at ease. Service was prompt and food was great! We saw they host trivia nights and will look into that further!

We were looking for a place to get a post dinner drink and decided to go to Wolfies . It was a very chill ambiance ! I got a Kentucky Rose mule and then ended the night with an Espresso Martini. Fireside Cheese Sticks which were jalapeño mozzarella sticks looked appetizing so we got that as well and even after a full dinner they were so good that we ate it all. The quality of the food was not compromised even at a late hour . Our bar tender was very courageous and even though it was close to end of the night for the kitchen and bar she took great care of us . We had originally planned to try the cocktail place next door the Broken Barrel but since it was close we went next door which was not disappointing !

Came here after the Carmel Marathon Expo just down the street from here. One of the vendors had a wrap from here and suggested it as it was a regular spot to eat at for them. The service was outstanding based on how busy they were from all the out of town people in for the marathon, like my wife and I. We took a table in the bar area and the bartender helped us in our decision making for what was her favorites! I went with the Soy Chili Glazed Salmon and picked Mac and cheese for my side instead of the fried rice. Wow!!!! I was blown away by the flavor of the salmon and the brussels sprouts. I asked the bartender if she could sell me a gallon of the soy chili glaze, I'd put that on everything! I savored every bite and the Mac and cheese was no regular thing, the cheese used is their queso and it has just the right amount of kick! The next time we visit the Carmel area, Wolfies Grill is on our list to eat at again. The food, service and atmosphere of the place is absolutely what we like and hopefully I can get that gallon of sauce!

Having never eaten here before, I had no idea what to expect. Fortunately the entire experience ( ambiance, delicious food , wide selection and efficient waiter) was spot-on outstanding. I chose the shrimp tacos, but will definitely 'have' to return to try several other meals. This was lunch and the place was comfortably busy, without any delay in receiving my meal. I also appreciated the amole parking.. and near-by shopping

Let's start with saying our server was fantastic!He was on top of everything. We started with the Brussel sprout- OMG ARE THEY DELICIOUS!! We also that the pork nachos- love the homemade chips- generous portion size even for the 1/2 order we did.Our meals were fish & chips, Blackwood chicken bacon club & 1/2 rack of ribs meal. Here is where the con comes in at- the fish was incredibly fishy. Asked for extra tarter & malt vinegar and still couldn't mask the fishiness. You do get 3 big portions of fish and the batter was tasty. I could only choke down 1/2 of a fillet before the fishiness made me gag. My son loved his sandwich and husband loved his ribs. Portions were great. The other con was- while I know this is a bar/restaurant the hostesses filled the bar with families and put the bar patrons in the "restaurant" area which resulted in several drunk young men obnoxiously acting around families with children and elderly adults. We had 6 drunks seated beside us who loudly proclaimed they were wasted yet their server continued to bring them drinks while we got to listen to their horrible foul language, sexual innuendos and poor behavior. All in all it was a descent experience. I feel like we would be willing to come back and try something besides the fish. Def would get the Brussels again!!

We ordered delivery/ lunch on 1/11/25. Three orders. Only one was correct. One order was for a tenderloin sandwich - what was received was chicken fingers. Another order was for Tacos and a side of their maple baked beans. Instead we received fries. Additionally it took about an hour and a half for the order to even be ready for the door dash driver. He waited at the restaurant for over a half hour. It was nice of him to wait, but of course the whole thing ended up costing us $$$$ because we had to make things right for him as it was nice of him to wait around like that. So dissappointing all around.

Linda is the best bartender we could ask for !! food is always delicious and consistent. only complaint would be the bar rail chairs... longer stay + buy more alcohol + buy more food = nice comfortable bar chairs!!!!!!!! nothing nice , new or updated about seating in there but would solidly recommend the food and service

Update: Scott called me after posting my review. "I should see a refund in my account in 24 hours" I will update if/when I actually receive it. Moved to 3 stars because it was corrected but definitely not 5 stars because I should not have even had to go through all this. I ordered through Wolfie's website NOT door dash. My order arrived without my soda (front desk reception had received it for me). I contacted the restaurant and was told DoorDash is who has to refund me because I paid them. I told them no I did not my card even shows I paid them directly. But I hung up and contacted DoorDash. They confirmed what I assumed that Wolfie's owed me the refund. I contacted them back and they told me they would call DoorDash and put in a ticket. They refuse to refund for something I did not receive. Highly recommend against supporting a business that does this to patrons. If you do not send Coke Zero with delivery you should not allow it to be checked and paid for on the website for delivery!Went onto my bank account to get a screenshot to show them I paid them directly and that's when I was alerted to the fact that they double charged me! I am furious I am getting no refund just a manager that seems like he could not care less.
