Food was hot and correct service was good and prompt and the inside was clean and cozy.No complaints as a truck driver this was a good reprieve from all the fast food junk we are subjected to.

Ugh normally I'm a photo person so I'm sorry I don't have photos of my food! BUT I do like this restaurants vibe and food a lot, everything we've had tastes great and it's just a fun family restaurant. The food does take some time to come out in my opinion, however I just tell myself that's because it's fresh! However I would keep that in mind if you're on a time crunch, probably not the restaurant to go to.

My husband and I use to go here for a nice dinner but the food has gotten terrible ! I order what I usually order the rack of ribs and she brought me out some jerky it was so dried out you couldn't even cut it with a steak knife. She said that they all looked like that so I just sat there while my husband waited for a to go box. And we left .... Never again.

Go in there and place a ti go order tip over 25% and you can't ent. Put napkins in my sack so I'm driving down the road with nothing to wipe my hands on! What a joke!

Ordered (2) wings and ribs combo, better than expected especially for delivery. For a wing place they have great ribs. The mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers were good. Got everything we ordered in a timely manner. Only complaint is they sent no utensils but we made it work. Great job!

This is my third time here. Not many food options and figured "third times the charm", right? Guess not. Took almost 15 minutes to even see a menu. The bartender would disappear and wouldn't be seen for some time. Odd that a business this busy doesn't have a good runner and relies on bar and wait staff to run their orders. That takes them away from customers and gets them frustrated. When the bartender could be there, she was friendly. She was working hard, but she had to with having to wear 4 different hats; server, runner, busser, and bartender. I honestly won't be back anymore. I'd rather drive to Plymouth or even Peru. By the time I get there I probably still wouldn't have a table here

I've been coming to eat here for the past 3 years! The food is always hot and fresh, if there is a mistake then the General Manager Becca always makes it right. The service is top notch! I will be back, my daughter loves the duck machine and that is her favorite place!! Keep up the great work!!

Wed night. There are a total of 6 tables. We are the only ones that didn't have our food when we ordered. All wings and fries for 3 of us. Took 23 mins for our food. All fried.12 boneless Wings came out and were supposed to be 3 different sauces. But they all had the same sauce, I sent 9 of them back. 11 mins later they brought me the correct order. $2 PBR cans. They were out. I would hate to see what the wait is when it's packed. This Location sucks and I would not recommend this place to anyone. We should have went to KFC and saved some money and had better food and service!!!

Extremely disappointed,called at 1:52 and by 3:12 we still didn't have our full order. Nobody around to help all hanging out in the kitchen. Cold food.

I have been a huge fan of Wings Etc. since the day they opened in 1994 (original store in South Bend). The food at the Shadeland location is always hot and out quickly. Wait staff has always been on point. I recommend this place to satisfy your wing craving.
