Typical mediocre bar food. Go somewhere else like Texas Roadhouse or even Applebees if you must.

Well there is a ton to say here. Food was good which is why I gave a second star. Outside of that this place has been a major disappointment for me. Today was my 4th visit to this location and now my last. The whole time I'm there the bartender is with the regulars complaining about the staff in the kitchen or other regulars who weren't there tonight. the management staff had more interest in the football game then their empty bar. I ordered a quesadilla for an appetizer because i assumed it would be quick and easy for the kitchen staff. after a wait of nearly 35-40 minutes my food came out. I was wondering what was taking so long and from where I sat in the bar, I could see employees standing around by the kitchen door with no sense of urgency or care. Important to note a few of the staff standing looked like management. At one point our bartender came from the kitchen shaking her head and starts complaining to the bar the kitchen is run by stupid teenagers and someone's food order was messed up. The part that blew me away was the fact that the people at the bar started laughing about it and completely agreed with her. So, my question is how often is she talking bad about her coworkers which is maybe why this place has 15 people there for one of the biggest games of the season. (So far this season) Then I ordered my wings and waited another 30 minutes for food mean while still listening to the people that work there complain. As I put before the food was good but definitely not worth the price but the toxic employees and the shit atmosphere the employees egg on with the regulars is awful. It's time for a whole new staff or shut the place down because the place is honestly a drag for the money.

Good wings, not as hot as the scale on the menu shows so you might want to go up a couple levels. The reason for 5 stars is we got there a bit after 2000 hours and had a really nice and attentive waitress Charlotte. The manager was a great guy, put our game on, it went double overtime and he put it on the PA system. Had a really good time and all four of us were happy with the food and drink. Hats off to Chelsea also, people can make or break a business and this place was a pleasant surprise.

Remembering this place from my younger years, went to Wings Etc after moving back into my hometown. We were a party of three who all entered and sat together, yet they gave us two menus. We were the only party in their entire establishment. Supposedly, they had a knife shortage. The only problem is that there was nobody in there or near to use the knives. Food took way too long to come out, not to mention that the drinks were brought to us AFTER all the food was put in and arrived very late, like fifteen-twenty minutes after ordering (we all ordered WATER). Once the food finally came out, the waitress serving us set down our food to take a call with her friend, then remarked audibly that it was an awkward situation (her doing) after setting down our first basket of food (she set all of it down one at a time, other hand using her phone). The food was lukewarm and half of my tenders were not sauced. After having eaten, the bill came out and overcharged us for what we ordered. Never coming back to this location, visit another one instead.

New cook! Food is AMAZING!!!! Burger, fried pickles, chicken salad, & beer cheese pretzels were all to die for! Highly recommend.

this was absolutely the worst meal i've had in the world, i get that there was only one girl working there but she was slow with only a couple people there, the service was just bad in general, i enjoyed the environment i like sports very much, when we wanted our check she heard us and went on with her conversation and complaints that didn't have anything to do with work

it has been about 6 months since our last visit to wings ! we haven't been back due to the poor service at our last visit . Tonight The staff was very attentive and personable . Our server Maddie told us that she was new to serving and you would never know . Very impressed with the staff !!

Food and service were great! Loved watching my kid play the hunting game! We'll definitely be back!

The staff was horrible, we waited an hour to get stone cold wings, it's like they were still frozen. Had to ask for silverware. Just a terrible experience overall.

Not a good place to eat the employees let their kids run around the store even in the kitchen with the fryers being on, and around the bar. They made their morning cook do everything and expected the morning cook to have everything done all the prep, putting away the truck on truck days and having everything clean. If you work there they would treat you badly. Also their servers drink while being on shift and their managers don't always do their job
