Use to be an amazing place to go with friends during the spring and summer. This place use to allow beer in cans (if 21+) and no glass bottles, now they tear your car apart looking for alcohol and tell you that alcohol is not allowed. How are a group of adults suppose to enjoy their off day at this business if they can't simply relax and have a beer? I try to go back to this place every year thinking it's fun, but it's just not how it use to be. Staff are always rude as well. Wish I could go back 5 years when this place was at its peak.

Yes, White Rock is fun and very thrilling. The concept is great! High dives, rope swings, ziplines, BYOB for only $15? But after going this weekend (during COVID) I realized how disorganized and ridiculous this place is.White Rock had NO regulations whatsoever on "social distancing" or on caring about the health of their employees or customers. Even after the parking lot was full, people were still allowed to park and walk in (because who cares that there is a deadly pandemic going on?). Employees didn't have masks, and I left feeling like I had definitely been exposed to the virus. When I came, little did I know that at least 3 people A YEAR die at White Rock. This past weekend (the same weekend I attended) one person drowned and another person was rushed to the hospital after breaking her back from the high jump (30 feet). This place is ridiculous and doesn't care about it's customers, only about making money.

If you didn't know about the park, you would have never have found it. White Rock Paul is in absolute nowhere and is definitely a full day trip. It took my friends and I two trips to be successful. The first day was on a Sunday and we were turned around since the park had met capacity. This is why I am giving it 4 out of 5. There should really be an update on Facebook or the website when they meet capacity since the majority of us are hours away. Anyways, second time going was succesful. We went on a Thursday and got there early so we knew we were good. Prices were $15/person and the staff were great with directing cars on where to go and giving instructions on where to sign waivers/pay. You could also rent a lifejacket if needed. The park itself was great. There were several places to jump, ziplines, and a rope swing. As well as platforms to hang out on and watch others jump. The quarry is also deep!I HIGHLY recommend bringing something to float on or hang onto while you are hanging out in the water. Even strong swimmers will benefit from a floatie. The water is deep and you could easily wear yourself out treading water. Plus, everyone has a floatie and you don't look cool because you don't have one. It stressed me out (as a lifeguard of 10 years) to see many people not holding on to something. There are guards there, but truly - know your limits! Wear shoes! Rocks surround the quarry and it isn't easy to walk on. We all wore sandals with straps so we wouldn't lose themWe brought in our snacks & drinks with a picnic blanket and it made a huge difference. Maps- I had read that this place was hard to find on a lot of reviews. However, google maps was dead on, minus the closed bridge. I found it twice going once from Indy and once from Brown County. Otherwise, we had a great day. No lines of any sort. I did not do the 30 ft jump, no way! But watched a lot of others hit all the spots. Would go back & would love to see a capacity update for next time!

Gem hidden away in Indiana. I've been going here since I was 8, now 33 with back problems lol. Extra safe now. Lots of things to get on and take the sun or just rest cuz you can't swim. Ladders to climb back up the cliff so thats a plus. Air to fill your rafts. Bring a volleyball. Sunken bus just off to the left of the small cliff can be seen if you have goggles and can swim. Great place to spend the day. If you cant find this place you don't deserve it. It's the only thing in St Paul. When I first started coming it was $3 now its $15 still a solid value.

White Rock Park is a quarry that has been filled with water naturally and set up for day time swimming and cliff jumping, a river and lake for fishing, and an expansive camp ground. My overall review is meh, its ok. Its interesting for what it is but the clientele, the facilities, and the grounds left me uncomfortable and wanting more. The staff is wonderful and pleasant though. You gotta find it first - I used three different map systems from my phone and was still brought to empty fields. The closest I got was by using apply maps and then following the signs. There is a handwritten sign pointing towards another sign that reads dead end. You are going the right way.Cost/Value - Park entrance was $15 per person. This includes swimming in the quarry along with all the cliff jumping. There was a total of two zip lines, one rope swing and 5 cliff docks anywhere between 20-40 foot drop into the water. The swimming opens at 11AM and the drones of people start to arrive around noon. After noon, if the weather is nice, plan on standing in line for any of the jumps or zip lines for 15-30 minutes. While fun, the water portion lost a lot of its allure for the kids after about an hour or so of jumping. There is a river within 30 yards that is free to fish in but bring your Indiana fishing license. The park has a small lake that is stocked with channel catfish. This is an additional fee of $12 per person. Each person can have two fishing poles. You can fish up to 12 hours or 5 fish limit, however, there wasn't anyone really enforcing the fish amount. The lake is available for fishing 24 hours a day.The camp sites are nice, room enough for your car and a tent. Each one has a firepit. We didn't camp but there was a lot of trash left over from Saturday night on Sunday morning and the staff didn't clean it up so bring garbage bags. What to bring - I can't stress this enough. Bring water shoes. Bring them. Bring a bunch just in case you lose one. There is no grass or sand to walk on - its all rocks and it hurts your feet. Bring a life vest for non-strong swimmers because there is NO SHALLOW PART. This is a giant hole in the ground filled with water - no shallow part. You can rent one at the park for $3 and you need to leave them your license. Bring floats. The park has an air pump. Bring towels, blankets/sheets to put on the 10x10 barely grassy area near the swimming section. There are a few picnic tables but almost everyone else had to sit on this patch of grass. Bring a cooler! You can drink at the park - no glass, no hard alcohol. There is a volleyball net and a basketball area too, just bring your own balls.Overall thoughts - if you live close and go for the day, I'm sure its worth it. If you are spending the night, be careful. The guests in the camp ground were drunk around 9AM when we arrived and two gentlemen followed me when I walked to look at the river and asked to take my picture.... weird. The swim crowd was diverse and happy, overall everyone was having a lot of family fun.TipsYou need to sign a waiver before participation so if you have someone else's kid, have them print it on line and fill it out before you go.Bring cash - this is cash only and there is no nearby ATMThere are dogs that roam the park. All are very friendly but small children might be a little scared. They will jump right in the water with you for a quick pet. They are adorable. There is a cash only food truck that serves non-alcoholic drinks and hot dogs.Bring sports captain chairsGet there early because the car line after 12:30PM looked like over a mile long. They search your car. Hot tip from me to you. They go through everything.

White Rock is seriously stunning. It's an old rock quarry filled with water that takes on a dream-like quality. Lot's of beautiful blues and greens happening near the edges with plenty of places to literally dive in. That's kind of where they lose me. I'm not that old but I'm a huge chicken and have no urge to jump off any of the jump off points. It's too high. There are about four places to jump from, each getting higher up the farther back down the quarry you go. We started at the highest point and it took me 3 attempts to actually work up the courage to jump. I guess it's 40 feet high which is too high for my liking. The staff and most of the people there are teenagers so maybe they live life a little more on the edge than I do. There's also a rope swing and zip line straight into the water. I mainly stayed on the end you can walk straight in and float around a bit. They have campsites along either side of the quarry and for an additional fee you can set up a tent and spend the night among the trees. I camped there about 5 years ago in August and it was quite peaceful. I'm not sure what the price for camping is, but for access to the quarry it's $15 for the day.Whether you like camping, suicidal jumping into water, or just floating you should check it out. It's truly a beautiful setting with an additional river just a short walk away. Plenty to see and do.

Place was really chill. More younger crowd there but still was a very chill spot and people were respectful besides some of the staff. This is a family owned business and one of the their rules is to be respectful of the staff but some of the staff does not pay it forward. Because its family owned and the vibe that is given out, campers were on point as far as following the rules of being out and tents packed by a certain time. Bathrooms were mad clean which I loved. The process the WRC has as far as arrivals and rules are those of a state park and seem weird or confusing but I still really enjoyed my time here. Can't take anything from them unless they lose me at hello when I go again this weekend :)

This is a little hidden gem..kinda. Out in BFE, this fun place was made out of an old rock quarry that is now filled with water and littered with high dives, zip lines, free falls and floating docks. It's definitely nothing special, but it's cheap, fun, and entertaining.Unfortunately, we chose a terrible day to visit because it started pouring buckets about an hour after we showed up. We only got to jump off of one 17' high dive, but were told the highest one was 33'.It was a pretty cool place, but a bit dumpy. The restrooms were completely filthy and the worst part about the whole place. We will definitely be going back when the weather is nice!

This place is absolutely terrible me and my buddies payed 80$ all together and we drove 2 hours looking forward to it and when we got there the guy walked up to our car for no reason and he "smelled something" in our car and didn't even give us a chance to speak. He was rude and then he told us to immediately leave not even 5 minutes of us being there!
