From the driving range

It is a good little golf course to shoot around. It isn't the fanciest place, but it is good enough to get some practice in.

Manager - Very short tempered and rudeCourse - Not at all nice enough for the priceWill NOT be back at all. Took 4 teenagers that are learning the game and we were slower because of being so novice. I told this information to the manager when paying and tried to ask questions. He refused to explain anything in a way I could understand and relay to the teenagers. When I would nicely ask what that means, he would get nasty and interrupt me and say "He can't explain it anymore then that". Ruined our experience for a couple of holes but we found a way to try and have fun.

City courses, right? The fairways may be lacking, the greens need help and the flack in between needs better management. 15 bucks per 9 is a little steep for a 9 hole course that is minimally maintained. But, and there is always a but, it's quiet. There are some challenges, as in how to play short. For all of us long hitters, here is where we learn to lay off and learn how to approach the game of golf. It's like chess. Each shot is different as we haven't had to lay up before. I like the course for it's simplicity. Everyone needs the exercise, even if it is to walk a little up the hill to see what's over there...

Driving Range - It was pitiful. It's $6 for a bucket of large ball, which is expected for a decent area. However, it's a treck up the hill. There are hardly any flags nor a level, grassy area for the tees. I'll probably come back to check out the course, but definitely not for the driving range until it gets updated.

Wow I don't get bad reviews of this place at all. I mean sure I've only played golf two times, but I thought this place was wonderful for what you pay. I like how scenic the course is, and how off course the driving range is. The staff were very nice also. I mean not everything going to be perfect for a ten dollar nine hole course. But I've played both here nd mouring star, and felt this course had more challenge, and it was more beutiful

This course offers challenges to even some of the best golfers. Sure, its not incredibly well maintained, but for paying $10 to walk 9, what more do you want? It has a great mix of hole difficulty, from short par 3's to a difficult and sketchy par 5. Overall, this course is exactly what it should be for the price. And to anyone complaining about management, get over yourself. This isn't a private course that you pay a membership for.

It pains me to leave such a poor review because I've grown up playing this neighborhood course, but my last few rounds here have been miserable. The groundskeepers seem to always be working on the tee box or fairway that you are currently playing, even when I was literally the only person on the course that day. They have zero awareness - or perhaps they are aware and are simply rude. I'm leaning towards the latter based on my last couple encounters with the manager. Not worth the price to play 18 holes here considering it's a 9 hole course. You will be better off playing elsewhere.

This is one of the worst golf courses on the east side of indy. Not only is their course terrible, but their manager is awful. Never had a good experience with him. They need to renovate the whole course. While a buddy and i were playing, they came up to us on the course and told us that we had to pay 4 more dollars because they rung us in as juniors. Like sorry but isn't that your own fault? Never going back again because of that gray haired manager who is just a complete dick. Just not a good course in general. Wayyy to exspensive for the worst 9 holes ever. Never go here
