Westfield Diner Pancake House and Grill

I visit every 2 weeks and always have an amazing server. ROSE!! My coffee cup is never empty and she is so kind and polite wven though I sometimes stay too long! Food is great and Rose keeps me coming with such great service! Well done!

We had breakfast food and it was very good as well as excellent service. The family environment was pleasing. We would definitely eat there again, if in the area.

I had a taste for chicken wings and I thought I would try here. I was informed that the restaurant had runout of wings. Ok I had to re-think what I wanted, I opted for a Greek Gyro with onion rings. Big mistake on both choices. The server definitely understood when I told her the onion rings were just nasty, do over-cooked and hard. The Gyro, should come with lettuce, tomatoes and tzatziki sauce, I honestly don't know what the sauce was. This restaurant seems to be just a good place for breakfast, because I seen that's what most were having. I was very disappointed. I have been visiting the area for work and I will definitely not ho back to this restaurant. The server was pleasant and was trying her best since it was a little busy and she was by herself. I would recommend another place to eat for a dinner meal.

Disappointed because they were closed during the advertised hours on the door and on the internet. The door was locked. Since they were closed during advertised hours, would have been nice if the staff could have come to the door and explained why they were closed instead of waving me off.

Local spot run by local people. Friendly, inviting and delicious. Don't trust my review, try it for yourself and decide.

The food was good but the potatoes were very greasy and we asked for a second the food came quick but the wait time was not bad and they did this all while understaffed

They've steadily declined over the past few years. While the service is ok...hard to find any help..let alone good. The foods more miss than hit these days. Hair in food, brown lettice in salad, cole slaw that's turned. Gnats in the dining room. It would behoove the owners to either commit and start over or close and let someone who cares start fresh.

Westfield Diner is THE place to eat in Westfield. Has a small town diner feel but an extensive menu, breakfast, lunch, dinner, beer, wine and a super clean and comfortable atmosphere. They have MANY booths which is always a plus in my book. Service has been outstanding and friendly every time we have gone. The food is DELICIOUS. The sausage served with breakfast is so flavorful. The tenderloin is one of the best I have ever had. The portions are huge and prices so reasonable. If you are looking for a local, tasty, generous, relaxing, friendly, reasonable meal, look no further than Westfield Diner!

Service and prices were good. They use fake butter flavored oil to cook the hashbrowns though and that completely ruins them, they were basically inedible. The country fried steak was a bit small but tasted good. The kids meals are priced well with pretty large portions.I'd probably rate it as a 2.5 star but they get a little more for having gluten free options like pancakes which is rare for smaller breakfast places. We probably wont be back since there are a few better options in the area.
