I was in the Waynedale area, on my way to the airport, and I was hungry. I drove by the cafe thinking, "I'll find something nicer up the road." Well, there was nothing up the road. So I turned around and said, "What the Hell". Glad I turned around. Now, there's nothing glamorous about this place. Very basic community cafe. Full of locals, chairs with rips in them, and cardboard keeping tables balanced. But it was clean, and I have no issue with the other details. My waiter was friendly and the food was served fast!! I got the biscuits and gravy platter. Never seen that offered anywhere else I've ever been! 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, and 2 biscuits with gravy, and absolutely delicious!! Very nice stop, certainly would recommend.

I adore restaurants like this--hometown, friendly, and tasty. It's a place that's proud to be family-owned and serves Mexican and American meals. We rented the air B n B located above the restaurant, which was amazing in itself, and had both breakfast and lunch. I thought it was fresh, hot, and quickly brought to our table. Asada nachos were delicious; enchiladas were good and spicy. When we're in the area we will be back!

Always delicious Mexican food. Have not had their other American dishes, but the breakfast chilaquiles are amazing, and the bacon is very good, too. They don't serve guacamole, though, which is unfortunate. Otherwise, great food and geat servers.

Love this place hometown feel with very good food. The Wayne-Tucky Benedict is my favorite ever. Waitresses are friendly and smiling even when the place is packed.

Waynedale Cafe is a great stop over the lunch hour. The restaurant is close to work and always offers great service and good food. The atmosphere is very bland and outdated, with nothing special about it. But the service is always fantastic. The waitress recognizes us and it always on top of thing (we come often). Not to mention, the prices are a steal! I typically stop in with my coworkers when we have a hankering for their chips and salsa. Which I might add, are so good! I typically order Mexican dishes, but I also enjoy the breakfast. They have plenty of options on the menu. If you are looking for good service and food, stop in!

Waynedale cafe serve up the mean grub essay. It's real authentic stuff the kind you'd get in some Mexican village somewhere. Good cheese's and stuff.

Wow!!! I was shocked by the poor service at this cafe. My team loves to support small businesses and decided to try this cafe out. Most of the our orders were wrong. The eggs had shells in them and when we complained about burnt food, we were told that it comes like that. When we ask for our order to be swapped out for non-burnt item. The waitress told us that we would have to order a different item because they're all going to be burnt and speaking of toast then we see toast being brought out with no burn on it. A manager came over. Saying she has no control over the kitchen and what they do and do I want to talk to people in the kitchen I said no I don't wanna talk to people in the kitchen. I just want non-burnt toast. Management became loud with the me and I asked the manager if she could just explain what was going on at the table and the manager proceeded just to continue to talk over me so I became quiet and said no more. when the manager moved on to another member of our party, they tried to inform her that their meal was wrong but was told it was her fault she brought out the wrong food because they told the waitress the wrong thing when I interjected the manager said excuse me, you're being very rude. I'm not talking to you. I am talking to her, and it's very rude to talk with someone else is talking. I got up and told my staff I had enough. I was walking towards the register and the manager said I'll pay for your food. I said it was never about money but customer service she continued to over talk me as I walked out the restaurant.
