Wally’s

When visiting Greencastle this restaurant is not to be overlooked. The outside of the building is nothing that would capture your attention on first glance. There is a Barney entrance for those over twenty one and also a family entrance. My son and I stopped in around 12:30 and there was one family eating in the family side where there are two poll tables available for play. The sign said seat yourself, but since we were getting carry out to take to my other son then we walked past the foosball table and kitchen and went into the bar area.The bar tender was friendly and offered us a menu to order from. There were possibly five other diners in the bar area and it was a very quiet atmosphere.I ordered the Wallychanga,which is a deep fried tortilla filled with pulled pork and Mac & cheese then topped with melted cheese sour cream and Bbq sauce.I also ordered the banana pudding which I was told comes in a huge cereal sized bowl, however, the bartender was told they were out so she refunded my money. I'll need to make another trip to try the pudding.While we waited we played foosball. The menu has so many yummy looking things and when my youngest got his food delivered then he said his triple straight up smash burger was the best he's ever tasted! My Wallychanga was so good l, but it was so filling I wasn't able to finish it all and actually could have spilt it with someone. We will be sure to plan a day trip to return!

Unique menu and decent food! Some items seemed to be at a great price, others seemed expensive (loaded fries were $15, but a burger and fries was $10). Just wish the place was a little cleaner as we went to seat ourselves and all the group high-tops were dirty. We ended up wiping down the tables ourselves. I didn't see that they had any specific staff for cleaning the tables, but since the ketchup bottle was empty, I can tell those tables had been neglected for a while.I thought my burger was decent, but the fries were excellent. I would come again and try something else next time.

My husband and I had not been back to Wally's in quite some time due to our daughter not liking BBQ. We are so glad we made it back as they have added many new menu items that are not BBQ. Our son did order something BBQ but he inhaled it before I could get a picture!

Where do I start, when we walked in and sat down, all I smelled was the bathrooms. We ordered, the salad you can't screw up too bad except they forgot our croutons and the blue cheese dressing tasted odd. I got the nachos with taco meat, I would give them 1 thumb up for the amount of meat on there, except for it tasted so bad I literally couldn't eat it. Another person at the table got the Wallychonga, it looked horrendous and I do not know how they ate it, but they did, threw up on the way home and was nauseous all night. I wish I would of read the comments before we went there and even more so, the responses to the negative feedback because the incompetence and immaturity of the responses is exactly why they suck. You can bash people all day long for leaving an honest review, it's not our fault you can't serve good food. I just wanted something good for lunch, I gave you guys a chance and you failed miserably. I would take the effort you put into bashing people that hate your sucky food and put it into cooking classes. Im wondering how many people feel like crap the next day after drinking at Walleys and they think it's because they drank a lil too much, I would say it's the food.

Appalling food. I would be ashamed to serve food like this. Place smelled. Meat tasted like dog food. Mac-n-cheese was bland and overcooked so had no texture. The cheese sauce on the Wallychanga was out of a can and tasted like the can. Pulled pork was dried out then drowned in some kind of bbq sauce. Salads were missing the croutons as well.Definitely not going to be recommending this establishment.

The team at Wally's were so inviting and answered all my questions about the menu items. You can definitely tell they love what they do by how the food looks and taste. We can't wait to come back for dinner and live music!

went there 4/27/24 and the food was not good at all. My husband and I were the only people there at 11:00, bartender watched us walk in and did not talk to us for a good 10 minute, she then approached us to take our drink and food order. The drinks were fine because it came out of a bottle because we were told there is NO Draft available. We gave her our order and the BBQ parfait was awful, full of grease and the the Mac n cheese had no flavor. I was surprised that the bean were not bbq beans but were pork and beans out of a can. My husband ordered a fried spicy chicken sandwich with fries and got a small chicken that was disgusting, size was smaller then a Mc chicken and was baked not fried. Do better Wally's, I will not be back!

Very good! Service was great, food was excellent! It wasn't crowded at all when we went and we got our food very quickly.
