Went for lunch and it was delicious we sat at the bar and our server was amazing. She gave us both recommendations and they were spot on. I got the wings with the stinging honey and it was so good! The wings are huge and meaty. I added fries and had wings to take home. My husband got the chicken bomber no tomato and add bacon and he loved it too. It wasn't really busy but it's so cold out I understand why. We will definitely be back these might be some of my favorite wings. The beer was cold! My husband also enjoyed his Bloody Mary.

This is my second time here. The first time was near opening and my experience was better! I always went for lunch during that time. This visit was in a Friday night. I received some coupons in the mail so decided to treat the fam out for the evening. My biggest complaint (and the reason for 3 starts) is the service. There was a wait (which I was totally fine with) but when we were sat at the table, no greeting from a server for a good 10-15mins. I thought this odd. I kept seeing a server go to another table but she was clearly trying to avoid contact with my table. Finally we stopped her and asked about our waiter and she said "oh she hasn't been over here yet?!" She clearly knew. Anyways, the manager came over and apologized and offered some chips and queso for the inconvenience. The queso was thicker than a snicker. No cheese pull there..it was like warm at best. Back to the service. The waitress finally made it over and she is nice as can be. She apologized as apparently they had her tables spread all over. I could see that because the other two tables around us had 2 different servers as well. I'm not sure what that game plan is by doing that but I'd never seen it before and if I had, I didn't notice (which is key). The food is fine. If I were to go back, I probably wouldn't take my family. I'd hop in for lunch and sit at the bar.

This was my first time here and I was very impressed! There are TV's on every wall with different games on. The service was great and so was the food.Since this was our first time here, my husband got the Louisiana Platter so we could try a little bit of everything. It came with fried jumbo shrimp, fried catfish, waffle fries, hush puppies, and gumbo (he subbed out the crawfish étoufée for the gumbo). The gumbo was both of our favorites. It had such good flavor!I got the boom boom shrimp po'boy. I had the option of getting a half or full sandwich and I opted for the full. It was huge! The sandwich came loaded with shrimp, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo. I got it with waffle fries and ranch. The boom boom shrimp had the perfect amount of sauce and was not overbearing. I can't wait to come back and try more menu items!

We've been here several times now and wish it was still downtown but definitely worth the drive to Fisher's.Before you arrive, try to review the online menu. Many different options from traditional Louisiana specialties to Alligator tacos. We walked in and immediately seated in a requested booth. The hostess was pleasant, efficient and great at multi-tasking. Our server, Ryan, arrived moments after we were seated. He never missed a step, observant, checked on us several times but never intruded, was knowledgeable about the menu and a pleasure to have as our server. My husband ordered the Red Beans and Smoked Sausage which he devoured. I ordered the Grilled Blackened Catfish with grilled shrimp, smothered in delicious Etouffee. It was so scrumptious, I didn't want it to disappear. I did manage to save a small portion to have later tonight as a snack. It isn't spicy but if you enjoy spicy, the kitchen will accommodate you.The restaurant atmosphere is a fun sports bar with flat screens everywhere. The separate bar is a great place to dine and watch a game with tall-top tables and bar seating. It is a full service bar serving specialty cocktails, draft beer plus bottled/can beers. We love the food, great service, perfect location for viewing sporting events and nice spot for larger groups.

I love trying new places when they arrive, so finally getting to go to Walk On's was a nice change of scenery. If you're out for a day of shopping at Target, this would be nice to pop into for dinner. We came for a late Saturday lunch, around 3 pm. It was not very busy; maybe halfway full. We were promptly seated and a server came to greet us after a few minutes. He was very friendly and apologized that we weren't immediately take care of. I appreciated his concern. We were fine but he very adamant that he wanted us to understand that it was unintentional. There's tv's EVERYWHERE here. This would be an awesome place to watch a game. It was not restricted to 21+ (at least while we were there in the afternoon), as the kiddo came with us. There was no kids menu that I saw, but our server made sure to accommodate us by bringing us extra silverware/plates for sharing and a lid for drinks. The menu is very large. One side is appetizers, salads, sandwiches....and then the other side was more of the NOLA inspired dishes. I get the concept. I ordered fried shrimp with hush puppies and we also got an appetizer of sliders. The food was very flavorful and came out extremely quickly. The only complaint that I had was that the shrimp was just a tad overcooked and the waffle fries were fried a little too hard for me. However, everything was good for what we expected. Beignets were in the menu and we expected to order them. They came out fresh and hot and were a nice treat. Don't expect Cafe du Monde level here, but to satisfy your craving, they'll do.I can't speak to the drink menu but I wouldn't hesitate to come back here to watch some games. Lots of Notre Dame fans were filling in as we were leaving. Again, hats off to all of the servers. They all were very nice and accommodating.

This is the place to go for delicious Cajun food and enough TVs to see all the sports happening at the same time. We had two orders of the gator. Soooo good. Shrimp and grits were hot and delicious. Be warned the grits have whole corn. Good cocktails. This place so big enough for a crowd and the servers were on it and attentive.Next time we are fighting over what games to watch, we are heading to Walk On. Also, a great stop before going to see the Fuel.

Well, I was sad to see O'Charlies go, but excited to see something went in it and the building didn't stay vacant. Decided to try this place out, I did look at few Yelp Reviews and it seems it has mixed reviews so I thought I would check it out myself. Came on a Tuesday around 6pm and was able to be seated right away. As you look around there are TV's EVERYWHERE which is really nice. What a great place to watch football this fall, the sad part is it was pretty empty. If I had to count there was maybe 20 people there or less. Our server came right over and he was very friendly. We let him know it was our first time and he made several food recommendations. The menu is interesting. There is typical bar food, but then also New Orleans cuisine. It feels random to me. The music was all over the place as well. When we walked in it was country music which in my opinion doesn't flow with the flow of the menu. It later switched to pop and then a little r&b so it seems it's just maybe a mixture. I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich was was very good. I would go back just to order that for sure. I also had sweet potato fries which were also good. The pricing is pretty typical. Overall I think it is a decent place, I just feel they need to find their "thing". It feels very disjointed between the sports playing, the New Orleans, the bar food, the music, it just doesn't flow well but the food is promising.
