Urban Apples

Nice place in Westfield! Located on 25 acres! They have a lot of space to hold events inside as well as nice areas outside. Lots of picnic tables available. They have a nice view of the Cidery inside. I like hard ciders so this is right up my alley. They have flights you can order. I want to try the Johnny Appleseed, cherry limeade, and honey crisp ciders. They sound good! They have a little gift shop and a really nice Bar(n) that sits back in the back of the building. They have apple cider donuts too!! The food we had was good and the whipped feta dip sounds good along with the donuts and the giant pretzel yum!! Can't wait to check it out more!

The Muffin Top cider, in particular, stood out with its delightful blueberry flavor, it was definitely the highlight of our visit. The food was pretty decent, though nothing blew us away. The main dining area has a food hall vibe, which is cool but does create a bit of an echo. Since kids are allowed, it ended up being much louder than we'd hoped for a date night. Thankfully, we were able to sit in the 21+ Barn area, which offered a quieter environment. However, the barn wasn't very well heated/insulated, and we ended up keeping our coats on the entire time, which was a bit uncomfortable.Overall, it was a solid experience. While the atmosphere could use a bit of fine-tuning, we'd still return for the cider, likely to grab some to-go bottles next time. A great spot for a casual visit, but not ideal for a quiet, intimate evening.

Yum!This hard cider place is super close to the sports field complex where my fella and his team were participating in a soccer tournament this last summer. I saw this on the map and immediately made a plan to stop in here.The barn-like venue is bright and big and really welcoming.I got a flight of several of their offerings and was so pleased! They were all delicious, and later I got a cocktail that was also wonderful!They had a food truck so folks could get stuff to eat and there was live music happening and it just felt like a really nice gathering space.I would return here in an instant to try more and other seasonal flavored ciders.Absolutely worth a visit.

Good place for a large party of people to meet. Has lots of seating indoors and out. The cider was tasty and so was the giant pretzel with mustard we ate. They often have live entertainment which I appreciate very much. Next I want to rent an igloo because when you live in Indiana you've got to find a way to enjoy and survive the cold months. A cider coat will do the trick. ;)

Update: I visited Urban Apples a few months ago, and this past week I went again. They have completely revamped the menu, and offer more options than they did before. They also are soft-launching a Sunday brunch for two weekends in January. I won't be able to attend, but if it's nothing like the weeknight dinners, I am sure it will be great! I went on a Wednesday night and was happy to see that they had Bingo going on. There was a decent crowd, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their time. I am looking forward to see what else Urban Apples does to expand!

Update: the German food menu is going away in November and changing to an American menu.$10 flights (1/2 off) on Wednesdays! Lots of seating inside and outside. LOTS of parking... my husband was asking where the apple trees were though Loved the mulled cranberry orange cider (v sweet). The Johnny (original) was way too dry so skip if you prefer sweeter flavors!

Great companion to Urban Vines winery and a must visit if you're a fan of cider. Nice outdoor space, but, unlike the winery, there is not an area for children. Great atmosphere and plenty of seating indoors and out. Service was good, and ciders were excellent, but at $20 for a flight of 4 is about $6 too much. Menu is limited but seems typical for this kind of venu. Our food service was slow; we ordered a pretzel, which took almost 30 minutes before it was ready. The Cherry Limeade and Mulled Cranberry ciders are fantastic. Looking forward to returning.

Excited we have a new cidery on the northside. They had a good variety of ciders. I decided to go with the flight to try several of the flavors. I had the girl who took my order pick out her favorite flavors. My favorites were the Muffin Top and Jammin. But I enjoyed all four that I tried.I do wish I knew the kitchen is only open Wednesday-Friday because I was really looking forward to trying some of the German food on their menu. We were able to get a large pretzel to snack on. The property is spacious and offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

I've been here twice now and both times had a fabulous experience. I love that we have a cidery, just for something a bit different. The space is huge with ample seating, and is spaced really nicely. It does get loud due to a lot of people and live music, so be aware of that.I thought the cider was great. I love that there's a mix of beer, wine and cider - so anyone can go! I found the flights to be quite expensive, so I'd recommend trying a cider you know you'll like and maybe trying a friends :)

Awesome space, great food, and fantastic for families! The ciders were so good!! Wood burning fireplace and little bowling alley for kids. We had a great experience. Food came out quickly and everything we had was great. Highly recommend the pretzel and cheese too!
