uPaint Pottery Studio

It was definitely a uPaint kind of night! Stopped by after dinner to see what's new, and this adorable mini coffee cup & saucer (pictured below) immediately caught my eye. It's going to be my fur-baby's new pup-cup! Can't wait to share a pic of him enjoying some whipped cream out of it :D Love this spot--always such a chill vibe and super friendly staff!

We have a mother's day tradition of coming to uPaint Pottery and this year did not disappoint!We've never had a long wait, can walk in and pick what you'd like to paint from a wall of options. Prices are listed on each product which is nice so you don't have to stop to ask. After we picked our selections we sat at a table and picked out colors. There are plenty of brushes and colors to go around for everyone in the studio.If you aren't feeling inspired there are tons of examples to look at all around!Additional plus is the location. Right in Hamilton Town Center so you can do additional shopping or find a spot to eat afterwards!

This is THE cutest little addition to Hamilton Town Center that I had no idea existed! I have been to plenty of paint/pottery places around Indy in the past and I'm always looking for things to do for my daughter that are fun. We met a friend for a playdate on a Friday afternoon and had a great time. You can either schedule a time to go, attend events that they have, or just stop in. We chose to stop in this day. When you enter, staff will explain what to do. First, you choose your premade pottery that you want to paint. There is an entire wall full to choose from. You then pay for your pottery (which is a wide range of costs based on the size of the pottery you pick - maybe $10-35?) and take your seat. There is a wall of paints to choose from and there are glitter paints as well. Brushes and water and napkins are already set out for you to work with and they give you these cute painted tiles to use as a palette. Then you're off! You can stay and paint as long as you like. Once you're finished, you leave it with staff who will glaze and finish it off for you to pick up in a few days when it's fully dry. That's all to it! I loved it and I'm sure I'll be back. The girls working were so very helpful and explained to us everything we needed to know.

It's been SO LONG since I did a pottery painting night and when I found this on Do317's website I knew I had to go. And I brought my mom and roommate. We all have varying artistic ability but we all had a darn good time and created a pretty plate. The lady who ran the class did really good at explaining what we needed to do and letting us go at our own pace. I legitimately cannot wait to go in this week to pick up my plate and see the finished product.

It is so fun to paint and you can paint what ever color you'd like and have so much fun painting although you do have to leave it there so it can be put in the kilm and you will get a call on the day you should pick it up, highly recommended for birthday party's, although it is very expensive

Thanks! My daughter & I had a blast. We had great instruction and help when requested. They have a variety of tiny knick knacks under $5-10, but expect anything like a cup or mug to be $20-30 at least, and plates and jars jump up to $50 before you know it (all paints, firing, and everything included). Fair warning, it takes time. We spent over 3 hours on a mug and a plate. You won't get your items same day, firing takes them a couple of days before you can pick your items up.Will do it again, but there are other places less expensive to try.

Went to paint and had a great time! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was fun and clean! Highly recommend everybody go check it out.

Super fun time checking out uPait! We came here to paint the lighted Christmas tree. They have lots of fun paints to choose from and very clean/ organized place. There were a lot of kids there when we went but not too loud or crazy. I liked all the other different pottery options they had to paint as well. We had not heard of this place before seeing the trees advertised on facebook. We were here about 1.5 hours and then were able to pick up our project 4 days later. I think this is definitely a fun idea to take kids and let them pick out their projects and make something personalized.

Had by daughter's 9th birthday party here and all the kids had a blast!! The UPaint party hosts, Lauryn & Olivia, were so kind and patient with all the 16 kids. They explained the instructions very well and answered all their questions, with a smile. They even arranged extra seating for parents who stopped by. This was my first time having a party here and I couldn't be happier! Thank you UPaint for an amazing evening, can't wait to host another birthday here!!

We were a bday party of 5 with different skill levels but was helped by jaedyn who was super friendly and fun. We will be back!
