Cool place...older building. We were there on game day (Liverpool FC) and the place wasn't so packed that you couldn't have a conversation, but it had some fans that made every slight chance and referee call interesting. The food was pretty good. I got a fried chicken tenderloin sandwich. It was a big piece of chicken . However, I could taste the fish that probably shared the fryer. It wasn't too strong, but it was noticeable. Our server was fine. I suspect she was new.I'd go back, but I don't know when I'll be back in town.

Union Jack Pub in Westfield still has me blocked from their Facebook page because I gave them a negative review a year or two ago. i guess that's one way to control your ratings! I stopped in to give the place another chance last week, and ordered the "large" fish and chips platter. The two pieces of fish were smaller than the one piece they used to serve. The cup of slaw was bigger than the fish. Fries were kind of mushy. Oh- and they still don't put prices on their menu. I guess if you want the real British culinary experience, they are hitting it on the head- drab, not exciting, and flavorless.

Went to Union Jacks in Westfield on a Saturday afternoon. I had the the Bristol Club for $12. It was whole wheat bread, turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, American cheese, Swiss cheese and Mayo. The bread was very good. It was filling and had fresh ingredients. My wife had the Chick Salad with plain, fried chicken, for $14.50. It wad lettuce, red onion, egg, tomatoes and shredded cheese. The lettuce quality was very good. Spring mix ... no iceberg here! Not enough chicken though in my opinion. Service was good and order was correct. Food was hot and served promptly. They were not busy while we were there. We will return. They have a garage door that opens. Nice to have fresh air while you dine, now the weather is getting warmer. The menus don't have prices, but you can find the prices by going to their web site.

We had a great time playing trivia! Every Tuesday at 7p. They will save tables for groups. There aren't many GF items listed on the menu but the server was kind enough to confirm the quinoa chili was GF and it was great paired with a side salad. Service was fab especially for being so busy. It's definitely not the same vibe was the original location but everyone enjoyed!

Worst service ever!! Literally just walked out.In the area for soccer tournament, thought we would try the pub out as Menu was appealing.Unfortunately, server didn't want to acknowledge us in the least bit. Not a "hi", " one moment".. literally not a word. Even the bar tender just stood there stocking beer and say a word. When server decided to finally attempt to acknowledge us we were already walking out of the door. Informed her I wasn't confident in the service here and kept walking. Pitiful.

Drove away to try this location, cannot recommend it enough. Server was great and attentive, no wait even during a busy Saturday afternoon. This patty melt was perfectly toasted and cooked just right to medium well. The fry seasoning was just as it should be. I really cannot say enough positive things about this experience. Both my friend and I were shocked and agreed these were the best burgers and sandwiches either of us had in a long time.

I'll start by saying I eat a lot and have the gut to prove it. I've also seen every episode of Kitchen Nightmares so this is nothing personal and intended as a teachable moment. The pulled pork nachos were good but did not have nearly enough pork or chips, and the pile of lettuce on the plate was completely unnecessary. The breaded tenderloin was also good but had a bit too much breading to pork ratio. The server had to go back to get the pickles, onions, and mayo that we ordered with it, so there is room for improvement with the kitchen communication. Our server was attentive and friendly and the beer was flowing delicious and cold. There is room for improvement but it will not prevent us from coming back at some point in the future.P.S. My wife found the décor to be a little tacky with a visible power cable from the open sign in the window and light fixtures but I was not too concerned about that.

We ended up here because Field Brewing up the road only had one tv and didn't have the channel with the soccer game on. Initially, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait because they were short staffed, but a server quickly said we could just be sat. We still opted for seats at the bar since it was better viewing for the game. They were short staffed, but the servers were working very hard and still super friendly. The Bloody Mary was decent. They have a nice beer selection. The Italian beef was awesome. The au jus was super flavorful. The fries were way over cooked, but I am chalking that up to the under staffing. I just added some extra malt vinegar.

Welcome to Westfield Union Jack Pub!! Love the location in Broadripple, and glad you brought your delicious beers and food to share in Hamilton County! The fish and chips were delicious, fried to perfection. The small portion was 4oz, was a perfect size. I think with the large 8oz we would have needed another box. The pizza was cheesy, chewy, the "crowns" aka toppings seemed fresh. I like the British decor.. and love that you can try a sample of the draught beers before getting a full pint of something you may not like. I love the Bier Pumpkin Ale.. I think I might be drinking that a lot this season
