Trap Got Sol & Jerk Junkies

i was looking for gumbo and this place popped up. i saw they had good reviews on their beef patties, so i definitely had to try it out as well. i was not disappointed! beef patties 10/10- flaky, buttery, seasoned perfectly. sides 10/10- chicken gumbo had great flavor and texture. - green beans were seasoned and tasted amazing! the food was HOT when we got it!I definitely recommend this new hidden gem if you haven't tried it already.

OMG Yaaasss flavor!!!! Ok, so I headed over on a Thursday evening. I asked for recommendations. She shared the best sellers dirty rice, jerk wings and Gumbo Greens. If you're like me, I was like, what is Gumbo Greens? What she described sounded like it could be tasty. AND IT WAS!!! Sooo much flavor!! Outstanding!!!I will be back for the wings!

I did an order pick up during their Trappy Hour and let me tell you it was good. I have been here twice and the prices are very reasonable. The food is very flavorful and the staff is very welcoming. The inside of the restaurant is very welcoming and clean. If they have the trap juice you definitely have to get it with your meal. You will not be disappointed.

We thought we would stop in and see what the hype was about. Walked in the door and was greeted by the staff. Since I cannot do real spicy but really wanted some red beans and rice they let me try a sample. Delicious! Others in the restaurant were raving about their food. My husband got the jerk chicken Philly and loved it. We will definitely be back to try some other menu items!

New spot! I'm not sure if it's authentic. I didn't see any grills going outside!The food is well seasoned and flavorful. The portion sizes are good. The menu is extensive and they say it changes everyday. The ribs did not have a grill flavor to them. The fried chicken did not taste fresh. The jerk Philly was the best thing out of what we ordered. Definitely add the sauce otherwise it is dry. Crinkle cut fries are average store bought frozen fries. The service was ok. Not super nice and not rude or unfriendly. That trap juice is diabetes in a bottle. There was sugar literally settled at the bottom of the jug. We had to cut it with water. But if sweetness is your thang, go for it!They have a nice patio area outside. I may go try something else to give it another chance.

Great food! I enjoyed the ribs and chicken. This came with two sides. I ate approximately half because the portions were plentiful! Definitely coming back for round two!

My family and I absolutely love this place. We definitely have been visiting a couple times a month for the last couple months. They provide excellent customer service, especially over the phone and the food is so flavorful and good. It's definitely a must try.

The jerk ribs and cabbage were well seasoned and the portion size was generous (6 ribs). THE RED BEANS & RICE. This is what I'll be craving in a few weeks. It's rich (good dark roux) and full of beans and perfectly cooked sausage and chicken. The rice underneath is perfectly cooked as well. So much flavor. I look forward to coming again to try more stuff! I took away 1 star simply because the burger, fried fish, and fries were good but not amazing. But if you ask me, that's your fault for ordering the boring stuff (kids, right?). If you stick it's the jerk and Cajun items on the menu you will be very happy with yourself.

Good vibes but not the best customer service and a lot was sold out. I have the jerk chicken philly, gumbo, red beans and rice, baked beans and mac and cheese.. the gumbo was the best thing i had and i give that a 7/10.. the same chicken is used in the philly, gumbo and red beans and rice which i wasn't a fan of.. the jerk philly was decent wish it came with more of a jerk sauce but overall 6/10.. not sure if i would return, should have tried the wings

Great flavors in everything. Be advised that the heat level is pretty high. We liked it that way. Generous portions too. One serving of salmon bites and 4 sides was enough for two meals for the two of us.
