I rented this party bus for a bachelorette party at the beginning of December 2015 - everyone had a FANTASTIC time, it couldn't have been better!Don went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time - his responsiveness and professionalism was off the charts. He was very timely in every transaction throughout the night and extremely accommodating throughout the planning. Beyond driving us around all night, he was also the "DJ" and kept the party vibe going all night. The bus was nice, clean, and felt like a nightclub on the inside with lights and a TV and fit around 15 ladies comfortably.I highly recommend Don at Trans Indy - trust that you'll be well taken care of and will have a great time on this party bus. Trans Indy Express Party Bus was a perfect idea! I rented the party bus at Mr. Ratliff's (the owner) recommendation (as I was initially interested only in a limo) as part of my teenage grandson's birthday celebration. It was a party of 7 teens and they all had a wonderful time on the party bus. A perfect way to end a night of partying for teens. I was very pleased with Mr. Ratliff's professionalism and his consideration of making sure they were kept in a safe, secure, clean environment. I look forward to using Trans Indy Express Limo/Bus services for future engagements and will definitely recommend to relatives and friends. Thanks so much for putting my mind at ease Mr. Ratliff.

Had a limo reserved to pick 8 kids and myself up from a trampoline park to go beack to my home for my son's 11th birthday. Called about an hour before pick up time and said he was running late and I said no problem. Well 30 minutes late I called twice with no answer. Then another 20 minutes (so 50 minutes after scheduled pick up time) I got a text saying Sorry had an emergency.They left me stranded with 8 children!!! Not even a follow up call or anything. TERRIBLE.

Poor experience through Groupon, unprofessional, and an hour before pickup decided to text me and say they had an issue and would be at least an hour wait.

We rented this bus for football game transportation. Don was the best! I can't say enough great things. Showed up on time for both pick ups. Definitely would use again!

We recently used Trans Indy Express' party bus for my boyfriend's 30th birthday bar crawl and we all had an amazing time. First off, I was beyond impressed by Don's (owner) flexibility and professionalism in setting up the experience. He offered a much nicer party bus for a much lower rate than nearby similar businesses and I was concerned that there was a reason why. Turns out, TIE is just starting out and Don wants to attract new business. He's a great guy, very trustworthy, flexible about itinerary changes and the bus was phenomenal. Furthermore, the music he played all night was amazing. I still want to know where to find those mixes. I would highly recommend booking with him soon before his rates rise and his business grows. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to friends/family.
