A really great, affordable place (at least when I stayed). My room was $70 and I was expecting something much more basic for that price--instead of a full suite with a kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc. Good TV with plenty of channels. Big, comfortable bed with great pillows. Shower with excellent water pressure. All of the sundries and essentials stocked. Heat/Air worked perfectly. Plenty of parking. Gym, pool (it was snowing when I stayed so that got no use as it was outdoors). Near lots of shopping and dining options and most importantly for me a quick uber away from the Vogue to see a show. Friendly staff at the front desk. Clean, comfortable, affordable--would definitely stay again!

There are some pros and cons here. While my rating isn't high and I likely won't come back, it may be a good stop for some and it does have some good things. The main takeaway is that it's just one of those older towneplace suites. I've stayed at quite a few of these and they're never in good shape. If the rate is right, it's not a bad one night stay. But, it's seemingly the lowest of the Marriott line. For my stay the rate was a little high. The inside of the room (and hallways and common space) were clearly worn out. It felt like it hadn't been properly ventilated for years and seemed hold a musty smoky scent. The furniture in the room was in horrible shape, the shower curtain had stains, and I found some small bugs on the counter in the "kitchen." All of that said I honestly it had been cleaned fairly well (not bashing house keeping!) Some pros... I love the layout of these rooms, they're basically small apartments. I was upgraded to a two room suite without asking. I didn't need that much space, but nice layout and it'd be ideal for someone needing two separate rooms with a shared living space. It is pet friendly and my dog was along for this ride. I appreciate the pet friendly, but for a $100 non refundable fee the rooms should be in better shape. The staff were all great! I called to confirm a dog, checked in and out and all three people were exceptionally nice and engaged. There are a few places you can walk to including a great burger place (Flamme), a liquor store, cookie place, etc.

$85 is too much. The previous guest's coffee and grounds still in the coffee maker. Only decaf in the room. 1 coffee cup and 1 glass. Frayed carpet and sofa. Piles of dust behind the night stand and the unplugged click. Empty extra blanket and pillow bag in the closet floor.

Very cozy. It's like a mini apartment, so you have a fridge, small stove, and cooking supplies. Did I mention freshly baked cookies in a lobby? The location is awesome. It is next to the mall, so there is plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. It is 4 instead of 5 stars due to minor details, like no soap or conditioner in the room, and a used coffee filter still in the coffee pot.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a Marriott chain hotel. Our stay was 5/5/23 to 5/7/23. The mattress was soiled and smelled. I informed the front desk along with showing the staff the pictures I took. I was promised by the manage Yvette points to accommodate our stay. It has been two weeks of me contacting Marriott customer service along with the hotel. The hotel is NOT responding . DO NOT STAY HERE. It is outdated and apparently the staff does NOT honor its standards. This hotel is NOT up to the Marriott reputation of cleanliness.

Great spot to stay, clean and well kempt public areas. We stayed here for 3 weeks for work in town, beds were comfortable and the 2 bedroom suite was adequately sized for three of us. One coworker took the couch bed and said it wasn't comfort though. The kitchen is small but functional with an electric stove and oven. Fridge and freezer combo is a good size too but the magnetic strip on our door was worn out so on occasion it'd go into hyper mode and freeze the back contents of the fridge. It's close to shopping centers and restaurants too if you don't want to cook. Pool and Breakfast wasn't open because of Covid so I can't say anything about either of those unfortunately. Yolk IS close by for breakfast though. All in all it's a nice place to stay I think.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with great staff. My air con was not working when I first got my room but after notifying the staff, they quickly remedied the salutation and moved me to a new room. The free breakfast was simple and has all the basic stuff like omelette, boiled eggs, hams, cereal, muffins and a wide variety of breads.

Came to Indianapolis to see Stevie Nicks and wanted a nice place to stay $180 a night to be woke up!!!Not here! First the tv didn't work so we had to call for that then the alarm clock went off at 6 am because apparently no one checked it So after just 4 hours of sleep we were wide awake because we couldn't turn it off. I called the front desk and they didn't know what to do. Who cares we were already awake. Manager said that the alarm clocks were solar and that's what happened... must have reset itself. They offered to comp the parking as though that had anything to do with the room. Manager was so rude! Hopefully corporate will do better. Attached is a picture of the 'solar' alarm clock.Stay at Hampton inn or any of the other brands because this one ain't it!

The woman at the front desk had a pleasant, welcoming personality. I appreciated her and what she's trying to do for this hotel. BUT. . . This hotel is in need of renovation. I was happy with the affordable price online, but the old, wet, musty smell upon opening the door to the room made me see why I got the price I did for this room. If it weren't for the room spray I brought and the nice cool evening that allowed us to open the windows, it would have been unbearable. Seriously considered asking to switch rooms because it was awful, but it was late, we were exhausted, and we were afraid all the rooms probably smelled like that. I don't know if it was the carpet or the ventilation system, but something needs to be done. This is a nice area and we expected more. I left feeling like I was carrying that horrid smell with me.
