For a two star hotel this place was nice. We stayed in Room 305. The room was clean. There was a fridge and microwave, which is so convenient. The hotel is close to the stadium and walking distance to other places. Although I must admit I would probably not walk alone at night down a certain street cause it's a little dark and quiet. I would consider staying here again if I were to come back to Indianapolis. My only disappointment is getting an item back that was left behind. My child left his blanket in the bed, and when we called to try and get it back, we were instructed to go through a third vendor they use. Long story short, it would cost us over $800 to have this $10 blanket shipped from Indianapolis to Chicago. Yes...$800! The blanket really doesn't have to fly first class just to get home. Lol.

Overall nice hotel and the reason The staff is super friendly and helpful. I gave it 3 Stars because the hotel needs some things fixed. In our room we have to fidget with the Shower to try and get the hot water to actually work. Some of the buttons on the elevator needs to be fixed and other more others things around the property. They serve a hot & cold breakfast and the coffee is pretty good overall if you are not a coffee snob. Overall nice place. The rooms are clean and a fair amount of room for the 2 of us. It has a refrigerator & a 2 burner electric stove with a microwave. Good for longer stays.

Overall, we had a good stay. Parking was easy and connected to the hotel (does cost $). The woman working the front desk was helpful. Room was clean. The breakfast was not great and people talking in the hallway could be heard clearly through the closed door. Checkout at noon was nice!

GM is nice. Thats all. other reception staff alright too.

I arrived way in advance of check-in time, and was only requesting to leave a bag at desk while eating and exploring the area. The very friendly and helpful young lady at the desk checked her screen and said, "I can get you into a room now", which was an unexpected surprise. The room was very clean and with quick access to the elevators. Pretty much any kitchen item you want is provided in your room. The view was far from optimal, but I didn't care at all since I'd be out of the room most of the stay. The proximity to Lucas Oil simply can not be beaten. The gentleman handling the breakfast station gets an A++ for his super efforts early in the morning. Simple but tasty options offered. Although there were multiple small challenges with key cards no properly working, it was always remedied with an apology and a smile. The design of the lobby seating area is nicely done, with easy view of TV if desired. The neighborhood felt safe for walking. I do question the odd design of the shower 'wall' as it would seem to allow enough water to splash on the floor to cause a slip for anyone not paying attention. I had an enjoyable time and would repeat the stay if needed.

Stayed here to run the Colts 5K and were delighted. All of the staff were quite friendly. The suite was stocked with dishes, full fridge, dishwasher, and a walk-in shower. King bed was quite comfortable and the continental breakfast didn't seem like "reconstituted" stuff out of a carton. Very spacious lobby and dining area that even featured a bar "from 5-10:00 PM". On site parking is a little tight, but gave my wife a better sense of security. "Off site" is on the street in front if the motel. Got to admit, having lived in Indy over 25 years ago, this area was always a little worrisome. This motel and the Hilton Tru down the street appear to be raising the standard in the stadium area.

Upon getting into our first room, we noticed the previous guest's food on the roll of paper towel on the counter, gross but ok whatever. Then my son sat in the chair/ottoman in the corner and had to get up because it smelled so bad. We noticed there was a light in the shower. It was essentially a lightbulb inside of the ceiling with insulation falling out around it. Couldn't tell if there was a camera or what but there was no way we were taking showers. We requested a new room and got it. This one had hairs all over the bedding, dirt/brown chunks of something under the sheets,no garbage bags in the can, the chair ottoman was torn on one side, the light above the table wouldn't stay on, something was dripping down the wall onto the floor by the bed....needless to say we didn't stay. Very surprised as we have never experienced this at a Marriott chain hotel...

The experience was not good. The person who reserved the room made it for the wrong dates. upon check in we cleared the dates up (or thought we did). The person who checked us in & out were very nice & so was the housekeeping staff. We were told there was $25 day parking costs when we checked in. we agreed. we also wanted to pay with a different card than what we used to reserve. we were told that would not be a problem. The night before we checked out I called to be sure all was as we agreed to at check in. The dates had not been adjusted & Michael said we would be charged on the card we reserved with & for the additional days that were booked. He said he already put the charges through and that no matter who I called or spoke to, it woukd not change anything and I would hit get any refund. He said he was in business, not charity. Then, After checking out, there was an additional $180 charge in my bank account. when I called, they said they always charge that additional fee & if they don't keep it for room issues they refund it within 7 days. Faith told me to keep checking my bank account. if it isn't returned, call them back. We also had a clogged bathroom sink the entire stay. we just used the kitchen sink instead. We bought some cleaning supplies after we arrived & did some cleaning. it wasn't horrible, but there was urine on the bathroom wall. if we hadnt had such a terrible experience with Michael, who treated us terribly & then. ran our card for whatever amount he wanted to multiple times, it wouldn't have been so bad.

The hotel is clean and wonderful and so is the staff. Melissa at the bar is personable and made the hotel life experience feel like home. I had been staying here and my flight got canceled and when I walked back in to add add a night they welcomed me like I had never left. I truly recommended staying here if you are in town.
