Went to the fall festival today and had a great time other than the parking being a little bit cramped the food and arts were nice and the car show was amazing! A great great group of cars and owners to talk to and we played some bingo as well which was very fun. The MC was a blast. We would definitely recommend

Love the old town feel and flair. Especially the heart of Zionsville, along Main Street with all the fabulous little shops and delicious restaurants. Love the street festivals and that there always seems to be a reason to celebrate something. Love the free parking. Sometimes a bit hard to find, but even if you have to park a bit further down the road, you will enjoy the walk to your destination. So much to see, shops, gardens, old buildings, nice people and it's all just so relaxing somehow. I know this review probably makes no sense, but you'll get it once you visit.

Doesn't matter if you call it Z'ville, Zionsville or the Village, it's a special little town with friendly people. I've called Zionsville home for 30 years and not a lot has changed over that time. The downtown Village is filled with independent businesses including fabulous restaurants, family run jewelers, antique, flower shops, coffee shops, a local butcher shop, a book store and much, much more. The shops line the brick covered Main Street. The merchants sponsor seasonal events that bring neighbors together to enjoy. A fall market, a spring market, dances and parades to name a few. During the growing season, there is a farmers market on Saturday mornings. In addition to downtown, there are a number of parks and nature walks nearby. The parks are equipped for baseball, softball and include playgrounds and gazebos. Abraham Lincoln spoke in a small park adjacent to downtown that bears his name. Other parks include Lions Park, Elm Street Green and Creekside Nature Trail. You can walk the sidewalks downtown and see historic homes and cottages with lovely gardens. Within a short walk, you can also visit the Munce Art Center, the Hussey Mayfield Public Library and the zionsville Nature Center. Zionsville is proud to operate 5 star schools. There is plenty of street parking but it can be full during special events.
