Time Walk Wedding Video

We used Time Walk as our wedding videographer and could not be happier with the results. Michael and Deanna are professional, helpful, and super quick! We were so comfortable working with them on our big day. I loved our highlight video and would highly recommend that you choose that option as well. I would never recommend Time Walk Wedding Video to any friend or family member! A close friend of mine tragically and unexpectedly lost her fiance recently. Her wedding was completely booked and planned for Spring of 2019. She spoke with every vendor and all of them have been more than accommodating and willing to break their contract to refund her deposit given the circumstances. Michael has been the only exception. He was extremely unapologetic and threatened to take legal action if she or anyone she knew left a negative review. She did sign a contract that states deposits are nonrefundable, however, this was obviously not something someone expects when planning a wedding. It's not that he was unwilling to give back the deposit that makes it so upsetting (even though he had 9 months to fill the open spot), it's the fact that he threatened her, and anyone else, with legal action if they wrote a negative review. That is unspeakable and reprehensible. A wedding is meant to be something special shared amongst family, friends, and your soon to be spouse. I can't imagine having a vendor with this type of track record a part of my special day. This is not someone I would recommend doing business with.
