Thirstea Boba & Coffee

This is a wonderful new tea and coffee shop that is located right off of 135. It looks like it use to be an old house. They have an adequate amount of parking available in its private lot. The place is very clean and the staff is supper friendly and helpful. The guy working the counter took time to explain the menu and helped me make the best choice for my taste. The dining area is pretty big and there are a bunch of tables and chairs to sit. there is also bar seating in side the dining room and patio seating outside, in the back.They have a few games at the bar for you to play including Connect 4, Jinga, and Guess Who. They also have a television, which was playing news while I was there.They have a wide range of milk teas, smoothies, iced coffee, hot coffee, and tea, with or without boba. After a brief deliberation, I stepped outside of my comfort zone and I ordered a large Vietnamese coffee with extra sweetener. My drink was ready in a little less than 5 minutes. I am glad that I took the leap of faith. My coffee was sweet, but not too sweet. It was also strong and the melting ice can adjust the flavor. There is a reason that it is the shop's second most popular drink.This shop is awesome and I highly recommend checking it out. They have a wide assortment of coffee, teas, and smoothies. Their service is also outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and sure that you will too.

This place is well decorated inside with plenty of light, a smattering of board games to play, and a few large TVs. The music volume is comfortable and the chairs nice and padded. The gentleman who helped us was very patient and friendly and our drinks came out in about 5 minutes.We got the Thai tea and House Milk tea and both were excellent. Neither were cloyingly sweet and the house milk tea has a great black tea flavor. The boba was perfectly soft and chewy, I just wished there was a smidge more boba with the large size tea since I had to ration them to not run out early :DOverall I would highly recommend giving this place a try, just make sure to check the hours as they're limited.

Updating my review from a previous visit and also upgrading to 4 stars! I tried the house milk tea this time and really enjoyed it - it's made with a black tea and I also added boba, which went really well with the drink. The staff is incredible- they get 5 stars. Super nice and actually gave me a little bit of a discount because they thought I'd been waiting too long before they could take my order. I'll be back to try some other things - the lemonades sound refreshing!

I love Thirstea!!! Dragon Fruit Passion tea and the Passion Fruit Tea. The popping Boba is amazing and the service is wonderful, such kind people. It's so cute inside too! Love the color scheme and general vibe.

We had a great time when we visited this week. The young man that waited on us was very polite and patient. Our drinks were amazing! We all decided on smoothies this time but there are a large variety of drinks to choose from. We will definitely be back!!

Super cute boba place! It's a stand alone building. There is plenty of seating. They have TVs, games and music. The staff are friendly. The prices are great- I got a medium boba for $6. The boba was fresh and the drink was tasty.

Fantastic boba spot off 135, dare I say the best boba on the Southside! Ordered a Taro milk tea, strawberry kiwi smoothie and an Okinawa tea. All are fantastic and this spot is a must try!

Thirstea opened September 23, 2023. Family run business with a nice assortment of coffee, tea, boba and smoothie drinks. Staff very helpful and patient while customers pour over menu options. Clean, cute decor and reasonably priced. Smoothies were excellent and next visit will be trying their many unique coffee and tea choices!

I wanted to like this place because of my love for boba and teas. Unfortunately 3 drinks take 45 minutes to make, and the service was not too friendly. The drinks themselves were very mediocre. Although I like the atmosphere and games provided. It would be a good spot to hangout. Wouldn't recommend if you are in any kind of hurry or are looking for top tier drinks.

Fantastic everytime our family comes in! Our favorites we order is Taro Milk Tea, Blue Beach Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Peach tea with Peach Boba! Everything always tastes amazing, service is phenomenal, great prices and fast service! Nice to even come hangout and talk inside , plenty of tables and chairs! If you live in Greenwood this is a must for so many favorites you will not be disappointed!
