Write-up is for dining at "The Village Pub"The Village Pub is open to the public and they serve delicious food with good service at very competitive prices.I've tried the breaded tenderloin, chicken wings, cheeseburger sliders, veggie burger, mashed baby reds (potatoes), fries, and onion straws. Most entrees are $8. There are flat-screens throughout the sports-themed pub with a separate pub/bar area (with full bar) that is 21+.A great place for residents to take friends and family. A great, very close place for residents of Bar Barry Heights and University Farms to enjoy as well.Don't be fooled by the location within Westminster. This is a great place to enjoy a meal.

I don't usually order chicken strips too often. The chicken strips at the Village Pub are amazing. Hand breaded and crisp to perfection. I even passed on using sauce. The flavor was awesome. Good job Pub.

My mother was in their rebab facility to get physical therapy after a hospital stay. She received very negligent care. We were told that we had to use their doctor while she was in there. When she had stroke-like symptoms, their doctor told the nurses to watch her temperature, when she had no fever. It turned out that her sodium was dropping. She should have been sent to the ER. Instead she ended up with a serious sodium issue a week later. Plus, the orders the hospital gave me to provide to Westminster said she should see her doctor in a week to check her sodium. I was given the papers in a sealed envelope and told to give them to the nurse at Westminster. After she got out of the sodium-related hospitalization, we moved my mother to University Place, where she has gotten excellent care. The nurse at University Place told me on day one the doctors appointments I needed to set up. Plus, University Place has a full-time dietician to help with special diet needs, while Westminster has a dietician one day a week. There is no comparison. Don't be fooled by the fact that Westminster has remodeled their rooms!
