Since my last phone call and agreeing having them mail my refund so that I won't waste anymore time and gas, 3 weeks went by and nothing. Ended up disputing the cc charge for the cancelled basketball court rental.

I'm torn because I loved seeing so many people getting the opportunity to stay active. There were multiple soccer fields, basketball courts, and room for people to watch their loved ones. It was SO crowded though, and super smelly. There was trash and crumbs allllll over the floor in the cafeteria area that we had to cross to get to the soccer field. I didn't enjoy being in here and just think they need to hire a few people to maintain the space cleanliness. The soccer field itself looked high quality and was spacious, so judging just on that, this place is great for athletes and non-athletes alike.

G3 tournament occurring this weekend. The sport zone is one of the venues. Due to covid, many restrictions are in place but high amounts of disorganization from this establishment is the reason for 1 star. You're told at the front desk that players and family cannot come in until 2 mins prior to start of game so everyone has to wait outside and crowds form around the door. Then, they let the player go in, but the parents still have to wait outside. None of the workers were communicating to parents what was going on (if games had started) so a lot of people became very agitated as it was extremely hot and people drove hours from out of town to watch the game. They finally allowed 4 people at a time to enter, which after bustling through the crowd and experience heat exhaustion was terrible. The cost of admission to the tournament per day is 15$ which is ridiculous when you finally are able to get in, the game is about over because game times are cut short. An awful situation to say the least!

I come here during the indoor volleyball season. The facility is great. There are always multiple sports being played here throughout the year. It can get pretty cluttered at the entrance especially during the start of a new season when everyone is trying to pay their fees for their teams. As with Midwest everyone has to pay $3 EVERY TIME you come which I still do not like. Spectators, yes, but players, ugh. At least here they give you and option to pay for a pass up front so you don't have to hassle to find $3 or wait till they run your credit card every time. Parking can get pretty packed, but I've never had an issue with finding a spot in the lot.

Faculty is good shape. Courts and fields appear to be well taken care of. Staff isn't engaged so don't expect much in the way of customer service. Parking is limited so show up early. Don't expect to get much of a cell signal in this giant steel box. They do have wifi but they don't provide any bandwidth, it's effectively useless. They're some new facilities being built north of sport zone so hopefully some competition helps.

Full of mouse poop. Dirty facility. For the price they are charging for admission they should hire an exterminator. Gross. Also no seating.

I've been going to Sportzone for my soccer games for many years now. However, there have been multiple incidents with the officer at this location. It's very clear he has a thing against Hispanics & is racist & the manager will not do anything about it. Yesterday, the officer didn't allow us to play our game because my friend went through an entrance she wasn't supposed to. (Keep in mind, it didn't say "do not use this entrance" or any type of sign) and out of everyone going through that entrance, he only said something to her! (Yes, she is Mexican). The officer didn't let us play our game, and game had to be cancelled after this, but they still refused to refund us our entrance money. (That's $3 per play on both team, plus everyone there to watch the game) I'm not the type to do reviews, but something has to be done about the racist officer because how he's treating all the Hispanics that come here is not okay.

If you are in any event at SportZone that deals with any sports they do not give back to their customers they only receive money but you don't get anything for it so if you win a tournament you don't get any type of reward as far as trophies jerseys fee reductions or anyting. they have no standards rules and they change rules as they see fit .Sportszone is the worst organization to have any sporting event due to there refs ,pricing and rules.Judy and Ryan are the most unprofessional and also prejudice managers I ever met day of my life they have no business sense nor compassion towards their customers. All they are concerned is about the money they receive. When you have a complaint or a situation dealing with a event they are not concerned about it last time I checked the customer is always right. Sportszone also has the worst refs in all of my sports history I have ever seen they allow hard fouls to where people get injured and don't call anything thing they are very bias towards certain teams a lot of teams have left their soccer league and basketball leagues due to the refs and also going to Ryan and Judy and telling them but nothing has happened to correct the matter.

Please be consistent with the policy for crowd size, arrival time and masks that you set prior to the event. Also, if you are worried about crowd size and hosing a large event - don't book different sports at the same time.
