I always love stopping in here and can't wait to get back to try their new fall menu! The staff here are all so friendly and the quality of the coffee and tea you can get here is high! It's cozy inside and the ambiance is bright and welcoming. Sometimes the internet isn't always working and the wait can be long so I often plan on grabbing coffee to go or having my visit be more of a relaxing catch up with friend verses working virtually. I love the little cookies they have by the register! For a friendly place that always makes you feel welcome and serves up quality beverages definitely head to The Spark!

While I've lived in Lawrence Township for the past 14 years, I spent most of my life on the westside or northwest side of Indy and grew up near Speedway. It's always had a soft spot in my heart. The Spark reminds me why. This is a cute little coffeeshop that radiates community spirit while also offering a good cup o' joe and more than a few solid baked goods and even some sandwiches. Located directly on Main Street with free street parking plentiful (including some nearby accessible spots), The Spark is the kind of place you can't help but want to hang out. With a key mission of being a place for community and belonging, they're definitely after my heart. So many places just want to push you through, but The Spark feels like a place where you can linger, study, have conversations, or just chill for a bit. In terms of coffee, they partner with Illumine Coffee and Bee Coffee Roasters (I admit I'm partial to Illumine). They also offer espresso, a variety of teas, lattes, hot chocolate, and some canned/bottled options. In terms of food, you can get muffins, scones, cookies, bagels, yogurt/granola, and breakfast sandwiches. I tried the cold brew and a cookie and both were a true delight. I stopped in with a friend not long after having visited a loved one in the hospital. I think the best thing I can say about The Spark is that it felt like this safe spot where I could be me. Employees are friendly, though I admittedly didn't stay long on this visit. The Spark hosts events, seems to support surrounding community events, and even their social media presence has a tremendous vibe. The Spark is accessible - there's a level to the ground entryway with a manageable glass door. The layout offers plenty of options for wheelchair users to hang out with friends. There's just so much to love here. While I don't get to Speedway as much as I used to, there's no doubt that when I do I'll be stopping back in.

I finally made my way over to The Spark and can I just say this coffee shop has some of the most patient and warm-hearted service! Upon entering, I was quickly greeted by the cashier and they gave me time to browse the menu and was super helpful answering my questions. The bagel breakfast sandwich was very HUGE, almost too big to bite. They have all the syrups that you can find at your typical local coffee shop! I got the matcha and it was pretty tasty. The only thing I will note is that this cafe doesn't carry any simple or cane syrup; however, they do offer a brow sugar sweetener that they make in-house! Overall, a small but very homey coffee shop to check out if you're ever in the Motor Speedway area!

i love the super creative drink options and cozy ambiance here! the monkey bread is also killer. the owner is so super kind and i've never had a bad experience! it really should be a 4.5, sometimes the drinks are just a little too funky and i'm bummed i don't want to try anything new. but that's just personal preference! also open pretty late which when i was in grad school was a life saver

Spark Coffee is located on Main Street in downtown Speedway. Spark's goal is to "spark conversation while having great coffee." Main Street parking is available as well as parking on the side streets. Outdoor seating is also available. The interior is comfortable with 5 tables, a 4-top bar along with 4 comfy orange side chairs. There are interesting watercolors this month of various sizes on the 2 artwork shelves on the walls. The artist changes every month, so if you're not fond of one month, it will change. They are booked out for two years for various artists and styles coming to Sparks. The coffee shop has a nice selection of Espressos (lattes, Americana, Carmel Macchiaato, Cappuccino, and Drip Coffee. There are hot teas, Matcha Lavender Lemonade, Chai Latte, London (Gray Tea base), and Matcha Latte. I had the Carmel Macchiaato with oat milk and enjoyed it.Bakery items are available with muffins, orange scones, and bagels, with yogurt and granola, cookies, and breakfast sandwiches. I had the Monkey Bread Muffin, which was fresh, soft, rich, and flavorful. Spark has a fairly consistent business all day. They open at 6:30 during the week so you can grab a coffee and sandwich on the way to work. Our servers were terrific, friendly, and super nice. I'll be returning soon for another latte.

From the moment I walked in I knew this small corner coffeeshop was going to be a perfect place to do some remote work! They had good seating option cozy chairs and tables for 4, and window bar seating. The folks working there were friendly and knowledgeable. They had a good flow of customers for a Tuesday late morning. I ordered the orange chai with almond milk and it was delicious!! I eyed the pastries and could not pass the jalapeño cheddar scone. Worth a stop!

Cozy atmosphere and affordable, fresh coffee shop. The coffee was especially fresh and there was something for everyone. I liked the breakfast sandwich a lot as the eggs were cooked perfectly and creamy. I'd come back.

Great coffee, service, easy parking (did not go on a race day). Airy and great ambience. They also have patio seating.Enjoyed some drip coffee and a scone and blueberry muffin. Definitely a notch above Starbucks with similar price. When we got there around 8:30 there was no line. In the next 15 minutes it was about 6 deep but moving quickly. Not a bad place to work from if you need a change of scenery.

I came here to work on some reports and I thought it was a great place do study or work! I mean definitely still bring headphones because people also come here to talk and are in and out but overall it was nice and there are seats outside too. The place itself was very cute and the sandwiches, snacks and drinks selection was good! I had a bagel sandwich and strawberry lemonade and I enjoyed it and finished every bite! I will definitely be coming back here and to the speedway area since it's so nice!
