UPDATE: Please don't let them lure you in with their newly renovated units- they're being renovated in 2 days each through their own maintenance team, NOT contractors. They're being shoddily renovated so they can ask y'all for extra money, and when you renew your lease they've added in an extra $275 non refundable to renew with them. Just please stay away.Management changed towards the end of 2022, the new staff is horrible. They don't answer phone calls, never message you back, don't get maintenance requests filled- if they are they do a subpar job and you'll have the same problems. Even the leasing associates know that everyone has problems with management and that there's nothing that will get done. They keep "contracting" for "renovations", which fine, but these guys didn't even know how to reconnect the waterheaters in the closets that THEY removed them from to renovate. They had to call the HVAC guy to come in and fix something that took all of 5 minutes, but we had to go without heat and warm water while we waited for it to be fixed! Just don't waste your time. They look nice, the neighborhood is quiet, but it's just not worth it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!! They may seem nice & so convenient with it being located near everything, but it's not worth it. Absolutely terrible management (Jessica & Jill). They don't care about their residents & are very spiteful. They cheaply renovated the apartments and raised the rent to ridiculous amounts. We thankfully got out of there & the place was left with 0 issues. We paid our last months rent & they failed to give us our security deposit & claimed there were "unpaid balances" on our account. They were shitty people to us the entire time, especially when our home was NOT livable due to pipes bursting & caused us to be out of our home with 0 compensation for 40 DAYS. Jill said we wouldn't be compensated because she offered for us to break our lease, DURING WINTER TIME. Why do we have to sacrifice even more just to get out of their hair? We wanted OUR HOME to be fixed, but they continued to take their sweet time & claimed they were "going in order". This place is absolutely terrible & they can't keep management around. The only good thing about that place was Carolyn & Sterling. Poor Sterling worked by himself and tons of overtime when the pipes burst & they didn't even give him a raise. Piss poor management, piss poor company, and I hope people look at every review for this horrible place before they even think of renting there! Do yourself the biggest & best favor ever and DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Stay away! The Sanctuary at Fishers may look charming and cute, but the management here is utterly terrible. All staff that work in the office are rude, unprofessional, and lack basic intelligence needed to run an apartment complex. As you may have read on other reviews, on Christmas Day 2022, many pipes burst in this complex. My unit had no burst pipes, but was without heat from December 23rd until January 5th. We were offered a hotel after several days of having to just "figure it out," and when we declined (because who wants to relocate to a hotel on Christmas Day?!) we were not offered financial compensation. After January 5th, our apartment had a terrible mold/mildew smell and was lacking consistent running water for several weeks. All attempts to contact the management were met with more questions than answers. They were never able to tell us when repairs and maintenance would be completed. They called us daily (while we were temporarily living over an hour away with family because our apartment was unlivable) to ask us questions we had already answered multiple times. They refused to refund us for the days that we paid rent when our apartment was truly unlivable. All in all, if you move here and have any issues at all, know that they will NOT be taken care of in a timely manner, and all staff you communicate with to solve your issues will be rude, dismissive, unorganized, and clueless. Needless to say, we moved immediately and haven't looked back! There are SO many amazing places to live in Fishers, and Fishers is a great place to live - don't live here and devalue your Fishers experience!PS - if you DO decide to live here against all advice, get yourself a Ring doorbell. Then at least you can catch them in their lies when they say no one has been in your apartment all day to do repairs (even though you've watched 3 different men go in within the last hour).

I would give this a negative amount of starts if I could. I am currently looking at apartments in the fishers area so I popped in their front office to see if I could get any additional information on the complex and possibly a tour. I walk into the office and absolutely no one even acknowledges my presence. Finally I go up to the woman at the front desk and ask her if she can give me any additional information on the complex, floor plans, etc. This woman looks up at me, glares at me and points to a table directly next to her that has pamphlets of the floor plans. This was how I was treated as a potential resident so I can't even imagine how an actual resident would be treated. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR AN APARTMENT IN FISHERS!!

Please do not move into these apartments. Giving it one star is even too generous. I've lived here for nearly 3 years. A few months ago, a new management company, Birge & Held, bought the property from Fath Properties. Before the change, it was a well kept, professional, calm, quiet community. I never had issues with maintenance or communication with the leasing office. Ever since the new management, it's been terrible. Asinine, really. There's been a lack of communication with residents, particularly regarding the renovations they are doing WHILE residents are living here (new flooring, faucets, countertops, doors, hardware--things typically done between tenants). They've been coming in to do disruptive "upgrades" with little to no notice. When I call to ask why these things are being done, there's no explanation. They've called me in the middle of the day asking me to tell them if I smelled gas in my apartment, but it was a work week and only my pet was home, and there was no reason given for why they wanted to know that. I just got FOUR days notice that next week, they'll be entirely renovating the apartment for two days straight, from 8am-6pm (with the aforementioned updates) and I need to have everything cleaned and cleared, my pet crated up all day, and they told me my kitchen water wouldn't be working overnight between the two days. I asked if the renovations could be put off until I move out over the summer at the end of my lease, and they told me it is not negotiable. I even went in to the office in person to have a further discussion. I was told there was nothing they could do. When I asked where my furniture should go, they said the renovation crew will put it outside while they're working, or in the bedroom. We live in a one bed apartment, so there's not enough room for this, plus storing all the things they've said I have to take out of the cabinets. The staff were rude and unable to answer questions about why this renovation needed to happen. So much for "luxury" living. It's a mess.I pay way too much in rent each month to be inconvenienced like this, with such little communication. Not to mention the amount they'll likely raise rent when renovations are complete. In my opinion, it would be nice it they'd provide accommodations or reimbursement for the trouble of basically making the place a construction zone for two days. When I asked about this, they quickly said others had asked too, and it was not an option. According to Indiana law, apartment companies have the right to do emergency maintenance or agreed upon renovations. These renovations are certainly not an emergency or agreed upon, so I have a difficult time understanding how this is even legal, especially with only 4 days notice. Now my entire routine and peace of mind is being uprooted. I don't feel like I can trust the leasing office with anything. I have also heard other residents discuss how they've been charged for extra hidden fees on their monthly rent, so that's another thing to keep in mind when considering to move here. So, save yourself the hassle. Find somewhere that's not going through a management change to live. And find somewhere who communicates better with their residents.
