This was such a wonderful place. I was there for my Best friends wedding and the day was amazing. The building is beautiful and they decorated it all so very beautiful. The people in charge of everything was polite, patient, and understanding. They had everything set up just right to ensure a smooth ceremony and reception. To the Lucky Couple looking for a venue for their wedding I HIGHLY recommend The Righteous Oaks.

*brides beware** The owner of this venue is a nightmare. She made the maid of honor cry, snapped at anyone who disagreed with her ideas, overreacted to the slightest bumps in the road, and had everyone from the bride to the guests commenting on her terrible attitude. She needs to take a business class and learn how to effectively manage herself and this venue. Her attitude was a major distraction for everyone involved in my friend's recent wedding - and a huge discouragement to a bride who spent $$$$$ for an "all-inclusive" package. Also of note were the cobwebs in the dressing rooms, the "fussing" A/C units, the bathroom sink that drained into a bucket, the broken bathroom handle, and wrinkled table runners. Don't be fooled by the steamer in the bathroom - it's broken but apparently has to stay there for looks. Beware of the owner giving tours to potential customers during your big day. Expect her to interrupt your rehearsal dinner to ask if she and her staff can eat too. But most of all? If you have another venue option, choose that. This place is mismanaged and doesn't deserve the privilege of handling your big day.
