Don't let these reviews scare you away. I lived here for six months and absolutely loved my time here. The staff in the leasing office is extremely friendly and helpful. They had some staffing issues when I first moved in, but the current property manager has really stuck it out and has turned this place around. She deserves all the praise! Maintenance was timely and pest control came whenever requested. I lived in a one bedroom that had not been remodeled so the appliances are not new or fancy by any means, but it was exactly what I needed within my price range at the time. The only negative was when I had first moved into my place I had a really hard time breathing which initially freaked me out. It took a lot of vacuuming and purchasing a dehumidifier in order to clear up all the dust. I believe the previous tenants must have owned a dog that shed a lot of hair. There is also not a whole lot of air circulation in the apartment and no ceiling fans, but still a great place for the price. My favorite part was the balcony space, the in unit washer and dryer, the community, and the location being right across the street from a trail and eagle creek and easy access to any highway. I recommend this place to all my friends!

This is a lovely property inside out and with the right team It'd be even better. As a resident and even an employee I'd say watch your back with the current office staff. People pretend well but have hidden agendas. They pick and choose which residents to harass and which ones to help. They are super slow with getting things done in the office and will blame it on being short staffed but this issue has been ongoing since before that excuse. They don't respond in a timely manner when you request call backs and are very slow with getting documents submitted. I've been waiting for my renewal for over a month. The office is barely open a full day. It's a complete shit show. When you call in for maintenance requests they won't put them in but will blame it on maintenance as to why they aren't completed. Good luck living here

If I can give "0" star I would. Horrible maintenance and also staff just don't care. They act so nice but when it comes to real life things they just don't care. My house is full of MOLD and they knew it was an infested apartment before they gave it to me. I have emailed them severally and no reply. Went to the office and they sent a maintenance guy that does not even know how to maintain the apartment and he did nothing but flash light as nothing. I laughed and knew he needed help. I work with a health department and know that mold can kill. Mind you I expressed the fact that I have a baby in the house and little children and they really don't give a cent about our life, health of well being. Now I am throwing away furnitures, clothes, toys, etc. it's really sad. I would advice you to stay away. Also infested with flies. I wish this was all a lie but I will post pictures to show. I just pray they experience the same mess they put me through. This is the worst place ever. Don't mind the message below. It's just to seem as if they are concerned. God will be the judge of this. My children are more important than riches. Imagine these people billed us $800 for an apartment that we even kept spotless after leaving just so there won't be any issues. It's a shame just a shame. I guess if I was another race it would actually be a different reaction. Maybe they would care about the health of my children. Just sad how humans can be. Anyways glad I have gone. And believe me I will never return.

I can't count on one hand how many issues I had here. Front desk staff is really friendly, but the maintenance issues were ridiculous. Not to mention they would take a week+ to fix them. I had a hole in my ceiling for 3 weeks from a tile that kept falling. Their solution was to scotch tape it to the ceiling... I lived in a brand new unit remodeled unit. WTF. Not to mention my A/C stopped working and that wasn't a priority to them on a day where it was 85 out, my bedroom door wouldn't shut, the dishwasher wasn't secured in the wall (they have never fixed), the hot water lasted for 5 min max... must I go on? I pay WAY too much money to have all of these issues.

Try to avoid. Things seem to be going downhill fast since new owner and management company took in 2016.Lived in first floor apt and could hear people walking across floor on second floor apt above all the time. And water pipes shook and vibrated in wall whenever toilet was flushed WTF

I have been a resident of The Park at Eagle Creek Residential Community [formerly AMLI at Eagle Creek Apartments] since 2002 [approximately 17 years] and a Retired Professional Educator. Some of the major reasons that I moved to this particular Apartment Community and continue to reside here is the location, the community amenities, and the apartment amenities. I love the secluded west side location which is next to I-465 which permits me a virtual 30-minute access to any location in the Indianapolis, Indiana area and the immediate surrounding counties. Interstate 465 has Noise Wall Barriers along the Interstate which reduced the highway noise to the Residential Community. The Apartment Community is located next to one of the largest municipal parks [Eagle Creek Park] in the country. The 56th Street Eagle Creek Park Entrance is approximately 1 mile from the entrance to this Apartment Community. This fact provides me a nearby location to actively and safely participate in various sports such as bicycling. I can ride my bicycle and/or walk to the park within a very short period of time without having to drive my automobile. The Park at Eagle Creek Apartment Community is a very attractive, clean and safe residential community. The grounds are well kept throughout the year. I find it very invigorating to walk throughout the community during the year and be able to enjoy the landscape, trees, and various elements of nature. During the winter season the sidewalks and roads are cleared regularly during the various snowstorms. The Maintenance Department does an outstanding job of doing regular and emergency repairs. I find it quite comforting to know that I can reach someone in case of an emergency at any time of the day and/or night. I enjoy the fact that the residents are mostly professional people who have a variety of interests and hobbies. The residents consist of people from many diverse backgrounds, races and countries as well as old and young alike including many retirees. They are friendly, cordial, helpful, and fun to be around while at the same time maintaining their sense privacy and professionalism. An excellent example of The Park at Eagle Creek Residential Community exhibiting very caring attitudes toward one another was they came to my assistance before, during, and after my major surgery last year. My fellow residents, the Office Staff, and the Maintenance Staff assisted me by taking places [i.e.; My Post Office Box, the Grocery Store, the Pharmacy, Doctor's Appointments] that I needed to go, but I was unable to drive. They picked up my trash and took it to the Trash Compactor and later assisted me in taking my groceries from my automobile to my apartment. All of them were always offering me words of encouragement during my Recovery. I love the fact that the apartments' amenities are very modern and more than equal to any other upscale residential community. I enjoy my spacious home thoroughly because I have everything I need with some extras such a wood burning fireplace, large capacity washer and dryer, and plenty of closet space. My home is a very relaxing and peaceful place where I take great solitude in staying. Ultimately I love living at The Park at Eagle Creek because it is an attractive, comfortable, fun, enjoyable, and safe location to reside!

I still haven't received my 200 administrative fee from January. I've called every month and in February when I called. they said I need to at least call every two weeks. why do I have to remind them to refund my money. I don't get it. I may have to get the courts involved. because when they processed my application and denied it. it wasn't a problem taking my money. so why am I still having issues getting it back. I will never do this again. EVER

DO NOT MOVE HERE! A month ago there was a string of car break ins and one car was stolen. My fiancés car was one of the cars broken into and he had to pay $400 to get his window repaired. The office management refused to do anything when made aware of the security issue. They refused to install cameras or offer discounted garages to keep residents vehicles safe. Two weeks later there was another string of car break ins. My fiancés car was one of the cars broken in to again and it was his sunroof this time and he had to pay $700 to repair his sunroof. Once again the office management refused to do anything. The crime rate here is out of control and your vehicles and your homes are not safe. Not to mention the garages cost $100 a month.

I wish I could give them a 0 because they totally deserve it. They would have gotten a 5 but after the new management took over they have been so terrible. Not only do they never answer the phone but when they do they don't know anything or are very short. They also have terrible communication when they are changing things since the new management. Also since we have moved out we have gotten no communication about our deposit or our apartment conditions after they did their move out check. It's really frustrating because we had to pay an extra months rent as our deposit and we have been waiting over 2 months to get our deposit back!! I have called 3 times and no one knows how to read my deposit move out slip and I have left 2 messages for the woman who did my slip!!! I have been waiting since last week for her to call me!!!Terrible apartments. Avoid at all costs!!!
