The Little Nugget

Been here quite a few times and steaks are always delicious. I used to cook my own but honestly just easier to have them cook it for you. The wife n I split a sirloin and they always cook each side perfectly. The sweet potato fries are awesome addition to your steak and salad bar is always fresh and diverse. Service is quick and attentive. This is a bar/grill atmosphere so very casual dining.

Great food backed up by very good service. It was a great destination for a motorcycle ride.

The food was great. The waitress was nice. The atmosphere was ok. Nothing to fancy or over the top. Of course it's a bar so wasn't expecting fancy! I thought the prices were a little high for what we got but overall it's an ok place for a late night dinner. We went after a late ballgame.

We have been going to the Little Nugget for many years and it's always a good choice! The salad bar is always great and over the years I've tried so many different things on the menu and I can say that I've never had a bad meal at the Nugget.

I've passed the Little Nugget many times and today I decided to dine. It probably hasn't changed much in 20 plus years. Very casual. Brook was our waitress and was working very hard. It appeared there could have used another person in the dining room. She took us to our table and before given a chance to sit and look at the menu she ask what we wanted to drink. I said water with lemon. No lemon she says. And off she goes. She comes back some time later with the water, never did ask if we wanted something else to drink, and we gave her our order. My friend ordered the strip steak, I had 1 trip salad bar and 3 chicken strips. The salad bar was good. Some time later my friend got his meal and it looked delicious, however the steak was very chewy. My 3 chicken strips didn't come until my friend was almost finished with his meal. They finally came and were hot so I think she forgot to order. So I would probably return again and hope for a better experience.

The food was good. If you need ambiance, then this isn't your deal. It is every bit an old country bar/lodge restaurant. It's fine and friendly for sure. Full salad bar and tasty meat. The guy cooking steaks was sure busy! The beer cold be colder and sit towards the bar because the back is stuffy. I liked it! It's truly a good local spot.

Best hidden gem around Danville. The wifey and I ran across this place after a weekend of canoeing. We had their 1.25$ Bloody Mary's, Prime Rib sandwich, and a burger. This is the best prime rib sandwich I've ever had. It's leftover from their Saturday night special. Would recommend this place hands down. We'll be back!!

It's a bar and a steakhouse the ribeye are great. Prices are good too friendly staff.

Ok went here for Breakfast. YES BREAKFAST. I remember them having breakfast years ago. It was completely amazing. Truthfully the best breakfast I have had in years. Their dinner well it's the little nugget. You will see the richest to the poorest all sitting together eating. It is that good. The waitress this morning was wonderful. Especially since it was 6:30 am. The food here is always great for dinner but they outdid themselves with breakfast. The hashbrowns were even cooked right. The eggs were right. The steak was great. My wife's eggs a d toast were great to her. Will be back every weekend.
