Yes, it's the restaurant inside of the hotel. I dined here three times during my stay at Crown Plaza Hotel. They have a buffet that has items that rotate each day, so you could literally choose the buffet everyday and have different options. The first day I choose the buffet and filled up mainly on the salad options, so the next day at lunch I inquired about getting just salad and I was pleasantly informed that getting the salad bar only is only $7.50! Score! The first day when I got the full buffet, my tea was included. But when I got the salad bar solely, I was charged an extra $2.50 for my tea. The food was fantastic but the service was despicable. I didn't come into contact with one single pleasant or remotely nice person there. When I asked for a refill after Mary passed by my empty glass several times, she literally shushed me. She said that she had to take someone else's order first. There is a bar area separate from the restaurant that you can order from the same menu. The first night I had the club sandwich and it was so good that my husband ordered it the next day for lunch. His was a lot different... obviously prepared by a different chef. Both were great though, don't get me wrong. My cousin ordered the club sandwich and fries later on the first night and after quiet awhile, she asked where her food was. The bartender went to the back and brought it out... all cold. My cousin mentioned it to her and she brought out a side of fries, but not a replacement sandwich that was also suppose to be toasted and warm. I'm quite certain that fault was of the bartender leaving it back there too long. They certainly need some training...

1st of all this is located within the Crown Plaza Hotel. I really don't frequent hotel restaraunts but was really tired and sun baked and thought, this would be okay for a meal. I grabbed the specials page off the check in counter. Walked into the place and we're promptly Dat at a booth. The waitress was nice, she came over and gave us a menu and drink list. I ordered a loc as long IPA in the bottle because all they had on draft was Cooks and Bud.....yuk. She promptly brought our drinks and took out order. I ordered the special, half rack of ribs with two sides. We waited about 30 minutes until out meal arrived. A little wait but after all, they are ribs that do take time. The meal had great presentaion. Loaded mash potatoes, asparagus and the 1/2 rack of ribs. Okay, these were the smallest asparagus in the world. They tasted okay. The mashed potatoes were awesome. Now for the ribs. Ribs take time and finesse. They were dry as cardboard. Had to ask for extra bbq sauce just to get them down the chute. I ate three out of hunger then just threw in the napkin. Now, it's been another 30 minutes since we got our food and the waitress just disappeared. Still waiting as I would really just like to pay.......still waiting......

I stayed here on 11/28 & had breakfast the next morning before I departed the hotel. Mary was my waitress and is very friendly! My breakfast was complementary thanks to my company and as a past server at a restaurant, I understand how hard it is to stay motivated to provide excellent service even though your guest isnt paying any out of pocket. Mary continues to do well, asking if Id like any more coffee or anything to take back to my room numerous times without going overboard. Great work! Only reason I didnt give 5 star is the bfast is pretty generic. No pancakes, no french toast. Service earned the 4 stars!

I had dinner here last night with a friend. This restaurant is located inside of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. We had a glass of wine in the lounge prior to going into the restaurant... Once going in we had to wait quite a while to be served. We only had two appetizers and that took quite a while to come out also asked for water had to wait for that as well. Nothing horrible nothing terrible I guess just your basic hotel restaurant experience. The food was OK.

Typical hotel restaurant food with hotel prices. Service is good, restaurant is nice, but food is just ok for these prices. Ordered a bottle of wine for $26. Wine glasses were filthy. I ordered the seafood stew which was pretty good, lots of fish, mussels, squid, and shrimp with tomatoes and toasted baguette. The half portion is plenty big. My coworker ordered a house salad and added steak which came out to $20. It was tiny! So ridiculous.

Pleasantly surprised! I don't typically choose to dine at hotel restaurants. Besides what I find to be mediocre over-priced fare, I'd rather get out and explore the local area. Since my company made me a hostage of the hotel and there aren't great choices within walking distance, I "chose" to dine here every day this week. Of all the breakfast buffets I've explored, The Landing has one of them. Dinner, however, was pleasantly surprising. Hot, fresh rolls, delicious & hearty portions, and reasonable prices. I was happy to come back each night. Service fluctuated but overall two-thumbs up. Tiffany was an especially happy and courteous server. I'll be back.

This review is for the Outer Marker, the lounge associated with the Landing as you can order from the menu from either. Both menus are relatively simple, some sandwiches and two steaks (pasta dishes from the Landing). Food is average but not the worst considering it comes from a hotel restaurant/bar. The bar is poorly stocked with bare minimums. I came down to watch the first NFL game of the season and was surprised when it was blacked out by Direct TV. The bar would not anti-up the $240 for the NFL ticket. Lame

My family and I dined here while staying at the Crowne Plaza before an early morning flight. We were the only ones in the whole restaurant and the service was unacceptable. Our waitress was a teenage girl who was polite but very inattentive. After we finally ordered, it was over 45 minutes before we received our food. The food was greasy and mediocre at best. The chicken sandwich was made with a sizable piece of chicken which was nice. Side salad consisted of lettuce mix past its expiration. Once finished, we waited what felt like an eternity for the check. We flagged down another young employee who told us our waitress was printing off the check at that moment, when she opened the doors to the kitchen, there stood our waitress doodling on a dry erase board. Obviously no supervision at this establishment leading to poor service.
