The Jewel Event Center

The event center is beautiful . We had my best friends baby shower and it was amazing, it wasn't hard to add our own style and make pretty . They have round table and chairs with table clothes , runners , and chair covers available . The event center could hold at least 80 people to be comfortable . Also they have a full kitchen so if you need to keep things warm or do any last minute prep , it was perfect .! Now for the Cons , the owner of the building had terrible customer service . She was not very approachable or friendly . She was in and out of the event periodically and she was not pleasant. She seemed to have an attitude at the most minor things and it just was not the best customer service experience. Her employees were walking in and out of the event as well as entrance door which I felt was inappropriate since we were renting that space for that time and they were not working the event . In all I don't know if I would do another event here . The event space is beautiful but the leadership makes you not want to do business with her again.

I came for my best friend's wedding. The owner of the building had terrible customer service and attitude. She was not very approachable or friendly . She had terrible attitude during the event and it just was not the best customer service experience for a paying clients. Very disheartening to say the least!!!! Her employees were also rude and were slow to service the guests and guests of honor with champagne. Storage area used in the kitchen where food is being prepared. This is unsanitary!! Better to book a event another place in the community. Don't let the decorations fool you!!!!!
