The Garnacha Spot

Grabbed a steak taco and a campechano taco (mix of steak and chorizo) when The Garnacha Spot parked at the Lugar Plaza recently. Service was pretty quick and the graffiti on the truck is cool. Tacos were pretty reasonably priced ($3.75 each), seasoned well, and loaded with the classic cilantro and onion. They also included a green salsa, a creamier red sauce, lime wedges, and radishes. The campechano was my favorite--that extra fat from the chorizo is sooo flavorful!

The flavor of this spot is unmatched!! They also are very clear about where their truck will be at all times If you've been on the fence about trying I would 100% give it a shot

We got quesadillas from The Garnacha Spot food truck at a Rock the Ruins at Holliday Park concert. They had a few meat options, were so oooey gooey with cheese, and I loved the crunchy tortilla. They came with a great creamy sauce and salsa. I'd definitely order again!

We saw this food truck at a rock the ruins event. The line was pretty short and the prices seemed fine for a food truck. I got a chicken quesadilla and a bottled water. The quesadilla was very small- like the size of a taco. It was good! Just slightly disappointed with the size.

If you are lucky enough to see this truck don't walk, run to catch it. I had THE BEST ELOTE I have ever had from Garnacha Spot. Our work was able to snatch this food truck for an event so I've only had it once and I've been chasing the Elote ever since...from other places because I live pretty far from work. But none of them measure up. Co-workers and I had a buffet of items: Asada Tacos, Quesadilla, Guac Dip, Pico & Chips and they were all soooooo good. The asada was perfectly seasoned and in tiny tiny steak cubes. Sounds weird, tastes delicious. The seasoning was hitting every corner. The prices are also crazy good. $4 for a quesadilla that's stuffed with meat? Yes, please! Seriously so good. I follow them now on social media and looks like I'll have to travel to E Washington St downtown very soon. I have to have that Elote again!

Tried the beef tacos at the Farmer's Market in Avon on Tuesday. Very yummy and spiced nicely. We will definitely try them again soon!

Love Love LOVE their food! I love food truck days at Riley Children's Hospital but I only make the walk over there if the Garnacha Spot is gonna be there. The quesadilla and churros are my absolute favorite, definitely don't skip out on this local favorite

Bought awesome quesadillas from them at the Indy Night Market. I hope to see them out again!
