I LOVE this place! It is one of the best cake places I have ever been too. The cupcakes are amazing and the cakes are UNBELIEVABLE!!! I am in awe when I go in and see the cakes that are being made. I am in awe every time I go.The staff is super friendly and make you feel like family when you come in. If you don't know what you want, they are really good at helping you make a selection. The decor is cute and the facilities are so clean. So if you ever find yourself hankering for a sweet treat, DEFINITELY go to The Cakehole and shove one in your mouth!!

Delicious and reasonably priced! We got a 2 tier cake for our little girl's first birthday party and The Cakehole did a fantastic job! It was beautiful AND so tasty and moist. I will definitely go back for any sweet treats that we need made. Everyone loved the cake.

If you plan on having a wedding cake, you MUST have The Cakehole as your baker. Creamy, moist cake with icing that is blended so fine that I can guarantee your guests will rave. Every cake is handmade using only the best ingredients. You won't find any commercial ingredients in them!Every single of our 100 guests asked who did the cake. Compliments ranged from "it was the bomb," to "why didn't I eat another slice," to "I don't even like cake and I want more!" We cannot recommended Jovanna and her crew of bakers more highly. She was a dream to work with, professional, and able to manage our pandemic wedding date change without any issues. When our florist forgot about our flower order, she hit social media, asking her contacts if anyone could save the day. She is definitely my baker of choice for celebrations. Their cupcakes are to die for. I bought 24 cupcakes for my sister's Harry Potter themed babyshower and everyone loved them! We had a put the order in only a few days before but they were ready right on time. Ordering was easy. Their hours of operation are tricky as they are only opened during a few days of the week until 3pm but they are friendly and professional. The store is clean and nice.

Absolutely amazing experience with The Cakehole. I had been searching all around for a bakery in the Indianapolis area to make my son's Wednesday Addams themed birthday cake. It's become a family tradition to have over-the-top birthday cakes, but I was striking out everywhere for weeks as it's May and therefore wedding season has begun. I wanted black buttercream frosting with minimal food coloring icing a red velvet cake, which means using black cocoa in it. Desperate, I posted to a Facebook group for suggestions, and the owner was tagged in the comments. I sent her a message and she worked some kind of magic to get me squeezed in last minute. The price was reasonable for what I was asking for, and I was happy to drive out to New Pal to pick it up. Not only was the order completed on time, but it is GORGEOUS, and it is exactly what my 8 year old had envisioned as he was describing what he wanted. I swear to you, I will make the drive every year for another one of her masterpieces and for her amazing and timely service. I'll just call her FIRST from now on. Thank you for making a little boy's cake dreams come true.

I put my order in less than a week ahead and though it was not preferred, she was able to work it in. The cake was beautiful, exactly what I needed to fit our theme and even more, it was delicious! I ordered the turtle flavor and it is up there with the best I've ever had. You can tell she is a true artist and enjoys her work! Thank you so so much! I already have another order scheduled for August!

The Cakehole's catering service is great for big events like anniversaries, graduations, and weddings. Everytime we have an event people always comment on the cupcakes from the Cakehole. Their custom cakes are spectacular because of their attention to detail. The cakes are always moist and a perfect sponge texture. Their frosting is creamy and delicious. Inside the business is airy and clean. The cakes are a very reasonable price for their intricate designs. Overall the Cakehole is an excellent place to buy tasty cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.-KB
