Who would have thought that one of the best vegan meals I've had in a while would be found in a mall food court? Tucked among the usual fast-food chains and greasy fare, the Alkaline Electric Goddess offers incredibly flavorful and satisfying vegan food that truly hits the mark.The Southern Bowl was vibrant, well-seasoned, and packed with bold, fresh flavors that left me wanting more. Located in the circle center mall. Everything is done thru a kiosk. There's no human interaction till the end when they bring out your order. I ordered the quesadilla and it came out fairly quick. The owner brought my order out and was very personable. She informed me when I order in the future she would bring it out to me so I wouldn't have to pay to park in the garage. She also added an additional sauce (mambo)not regularly included. The quesadilla was made with bbq jackfruit, mozzarella, red onions and cilantro. The filling was seasoned and flavorful. I could have eaten it without the sauce. There was more than enough to eat for another day. Located on the 4th floor of the circle center mall and well worth the trip.

The owner of this business is extremely responsive, and I believe that she means well. Unfortunately, I found the pricing to be different than the investment that I was willing to make at a food court. I think that people should try for themselves and I hope that they find value here. Sadly, I was not able to see the value and I was very uncomfortable around the ambiance of people loitering in the food court.

I tried the Big Nik, which is a vegan version of the Big Mac. It was delicious! I also tried her Southern Kale Greens and cornbread muffin. The kale greens were very different from collard greens, but they were good. The cornbread was delicious. She also offers alkaline meals, sea moss smoothies, nachos, tacos, meal prep, and more. Ordering was easy, via either the kiosk onsite or her website. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. You can tell that they appreciate and value all of their customers. I love that. I hope to make it back to try more menu items. She is located inside Circle Centre mall on level 3, in the food court, between Taco Bell and Charley's.

I got the Jackfruit Nachos! It was so good I forgot to take a photo lol. Great great place to eat and she even does curb side pickup at PF Changs in case you don't want to walk into the mall.

The food is INCREDIBLE!!! We will definitely be back!!! Excellent vegan food! Check this place out!

Awesome to see healthy eating at the mall! The kale and jackfruit was seasoned so good. Attention to detail and customer service was on point. The only con it was difficult to find being a visitor to the area.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner of jackfruit nachos and the alkaline bowl. So good! Highly recommend!!!

This is my second time here and the food so far is a 10/10. It's very flavorful, different if you're not used to every day vegan food, and for me I never feel sluggish after. I'm looking forward to trying the sea-moss smoothie this week. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. I demolished the jackfruit nachos 9/25/23 so I didn't get a picture of it

The food I had was great. I had the Southern Paradise Sandwich 2 days in a row. Cornbread! I only wish there were more options.
