Not sure if these apartments were under different management when previous reviews were written, but honestly, I have had my most positive apartment living experience here. I have lived in TGM Autumn Woods for the last 2 years, and management, office staff, and maintenance team members have almost all remained the same. I think that speaks volumes. Many of them live on the property as well.If I have a maintenance issue, when I call, someone is at my apartment within the hour. ALWAYS. Terry, the manager, has even made personal phone calls to me to make sure everything was taken care of. While these apartments are a little older, they are well maintained and neighbors are friendly. I haven't dealt with sound issues or drama from neighbors. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would re-sign my lease for a third year. The only issues I have had are limited availability of parking in front of some buildings at night and timeliness of snow and ice removal on sidewalks after storms. Other than that, I have been very pleased with this living experience and I have lived in several apartments in several states over the last several years.

So glad to be out of this complex. Poorly kept up, had to remind them to bug spray the apartment, which resulted in us being the ones to call and schedule a spray for the WHOLE complex. Paint peels off the building for months before they fix it. Barely any parking after 8pm be prepared to walk a long distance to get into your apartment. Oh and dogs? Yeah they say they're "strict" on the 50lb limit and their restricted breeds. Made us get rid of our mix (vet confirmed he was a mix) 2 MONTHS INTO OUR LEASE because he had a questionably large face and resembled one of their "restricted mixed breeds". Nevermind that Huskies and German shepherds are on that list and I drove by a full blooded husky in an apartment window today. And some dude walks around with 3 German shepherds all the time. They literally even called our vet to confirm our dog was 54lbs instead of 50. Well duh, that was the night he ate chocolate and had his stomach pumped. Most passive management ever. I rehomed him and bawled my eyes out and then he ended up in the shelter, THANKS TO THIS COMPLEX. I even tried to do it to keep peace with the management, but no. If you lose a piece of mail and the maintenance people find it and it has your name on it? They will WRITE YOU A LETTER saying if you screw up again it's a $25 fine. Also? They salt every sidewalk but ours when we had an ice storm. And if you complain about the spider infestation you're told its because there's trees nearby. No, if I cant open the door to the apartment building without one of the 50 spiders LANDING ON ME, you just need to spray again and take a broom to them. I've seen barracks from the 1950s cleaner than these apartments. Better hope your neighbors dog doesn't bark for 4 hours straight 2 or 3 times daily because if you complain they will just write a letter repeatedly to them for months. The moral of this story, don't waste your money like we did because this place is awful.

$$$ Will Split Referral$$$ if used as reference [email protected]'ve lived here for 2 years and have never had any major problems. I work from my apartment part of the week so I'm around the facilities a lot and have always been impressed. Weight room is a 1 time fee.($20 which is great) movie theatre is great for movies or having people over to watch the colts. They do claim a running trail that's accessible behind the apartments.. Not so, you basically hafta get Poison Ivy to reach it. Fenced in dog area is small but only allows dogs over 50lbs. If you so choose to sell your soul to Comcast they have an on site rep that's pretty quick about helping ya out if needed. Last but not least, Ale Emporium is a 5 minute walk away. Won't you be my neighbor?

After applying and being denied they told me that if I fixed my credit I was only 2 points away from being approved with conditions and I fixed my credit and I checked everything out. THEY ARE MONEY GRUBBING LAIRS. You have to fill out a complete new application despite only being less then a month later of filling the last one and then they will not work with you on paying to resubmit only to be denied again. They make there money off the application fees. Don't go here, Don't give them anything. They don't care about you or your family they just want paid.

I lived there for only 1 year and in that time I could not get any maintenance done timely if at all. I had a leaking water heater that took them more than 3 months to fix. Due to ignoring the problem mold developed. Instead of changing the carpet they just dried it. Loud music played often. You couldn't get the office staff to answer the phone nor return calls promptly. This is actually the WORSE place to live and if you have any other options of a place to stay. TAKE THE OTHER OPTION

AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Where do I even start. I have had multiple issues with this complex in the past, in which none of them were fully resolved. But let me tell you about my favorite story with this awful place. Most recently, my bathtub was cracking/flaking so I was told that I was required to vacate the apartment for a total of 72 hours (3 days) for the repair. I scheduled this as soon as possible to prevent any further wear and tear, as it would continue to do so if I had not done this and would've become a bigger problem for the complex if I had not reported it. I scheduled this 72 hours that I had to be out of my apartment. I had to pay money out of my pocket to stay somewhere else with no assistance from the apartment complex for THREE DAYS. Mind you, I didn't have a kitchen to cook in so consider the fact of 9 meals over three days while eating out. Additionally, my rent is 1025 per month plus utilities. This is equivalent to $33 a day ($99 for the time I was required to leave) I was REQUIRED to vacate the apartment in a timely fashion before the tub got worse. When I came back, there was a DISASTER from the maintenance/repairmen that they had left for me to clean. There was still plastic coverings in my apartment from when they sprayed the tub, my things were THROWN in front of my bathroom cabinet, the drain cover was off, and there was still tape and coverings in multiple spots that were not taken care of. I then proceeded to go to my room (in which I specifically shut the door to protect my privacy) where I noticed multiple things had been moved around, my laundry basket had been THROWN across my room and nice clothes were stepped on and dusty because of it. Let me reiterate that this maintenance was IN MY BATHROOM and only my bathroom. There was no reason for them to go in my room and disrespect the shut door and my privacy. I brought this to the attention of Cecilia in the front office. During this conversation she informed me that she was so sincerely sorry but there was nothing she could do about it (have maintenance clean up their things?!) Furthermore I asked if I could be reimbursed for the rent that I would still have to pay for those three days I was gone or ANY sort of compensation or credit they could give me to offset this cost that has come out of my pocket, especially because of my situation. I will attach a photo of the email response in which Cecilia reiterates that she is so extremely sorry but after speaking with her management team, there will be no compensation for any of this because it was not an "emergency repair" and I had known that I would be out for 72 hours prior to leaving. However, if I wouldn't have let the complex known about this issue, this would've turned into a bigger issue for them. Additionally, my knowledge of being gone for 72 hours beforehand will prevent them from reimbursing me for the amount of time I was gone. It's a respect thing at this point. Overall, between staying somewhere else, going out to eat, and the amount of rent that I paid to NOT live in my apartment complex turns out to be at least $500. Additionally, she says that the reason they went into my bedroom was to air out my apartment- but why did they feel the need to rearrange my things and throw my laundry basket across the room, OR OPEN ANY OTHER WINDOW........any other one other than the one that is in my room which has the door shut..for a reason, for my privacy and to prevent anything like this from happening. Are my things missing at this point? I'm not for certain and that's not a good feeling to have in a space that you should call your "home". I will be attaching all receipts of everything I spoke about. TGM AUTUMN WOODS-- unless there will be a reimbursement or compensation or credit or anything of the sorts, do NOT reach out to me. I'm not interested in hearing from your office or what your sympathetic response will be to this message if there's even an acknowledgment at all. Don't live here. Save your money and time.

Roaches, break-ins, shady door-to-door solicitors, horrible management, illegal car towing, persistent bathroom mold and awful appliances that resulted in undeserved charges.I could literally go on forever. We stayed here for three years and although things were mostly fine the first year, things fell off a cliff through the pandemic and beyond. Our apartment was broken into and the apartment complex wanted to keep it quiet. Our water heater broke so many times that every part was nearly replaced before it stopped flooding. We were charged for the water damage to the carpet btw ($1400 in move out costs). Roaches infest the place even in the common areas, and my car was towed from in front of my apartment for expired plates even though they weren't and I showed the complex. They told me to take it up with the towing company for a refund because "they handle it on their own", but the towing company insisted that they were sent at the direction of the front office and that the money would have to come from TGM, at which time they did nothing.Ive lived in many pleasant apartments, but I have nothing good to say about this place in any capacity. Its overpriced and awful to live in and I could not recommend anyone to steer clear more.

Do not move here ... they have roaches! I have been here a 1yr and just started seeing them last few weeks. I have fogged my home 2 times ,and I still see them. They are only in the kitchen not in the cabinets either. They coming out the sink i have poured bleach and ammonia down there, my next step will be to fog it! I assumed one of the new tenants brought them until I read some reviews that said they had them also and that's why they moved. Looked at my lease and looks like a I would have to pay almost 5k to break the lease. My lease is up in Oct I turned my 60 day notice in last week. They charge 1505 for the sequoia unit , nothing in the apartment screams 1500. They use the cheapest and flattest paint that they could find. Every time I attempt to wipe my walls down the paint is on the rag , and I was just using water. Mold is growing in the bathroom I keep spraying it with bleach like maintenance told me. The cabinet in my bathroom keeps falling off to the point I have just decided to leave it off, fixed myself a few times, but the cabinets is old and stripped. Raccoons galore can't take trash out at night, because they are in the trash cans.MOVE HERE , AND YOU WILL REGRET IT

Just recently moved into this community! Love the quietness and everyone is so friendly. The community is ALWAYS clean, and the maintenance guys are always out in the morning collecting trash if needed. Called maintenance and they were at my apartment within 15 minutes and stayed to complete the job until it was fully finished after closing time. Front office is organized and very helpful! Would definitely recommend!!!!

I am only giving one star because we had a decent amount of room in the apartment that is it. There was never anywhere to park. Tons and I mean tons of racoons. We put several maintenance requests in during our time here. Our hot water went out multiple times. We had leaks under our sinks that had to be fixed constantly. Our sliding doors were coming off the track and would not go back into place. The pictures below are pictures of our master bathroom shower. I was in the shower and the pieces just fell off. They took a while to fix it. They did not come until the sink in the same bathroom started leaking. I was paying for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment and for part of my lease I was unable to use on of the bathrooms. I had only been there for a few months. Since every apartment is supposed to be fixed and ready for you to move in I never expected my shower wall to come off. The communication between the staff and tenants was awful. You can ask one of the staff members an question and another one and get two different answers. We would pay with checks and one staff member told us we weren't allowed and another told us we could. I simply would not like to pay almost $40 for a processing fee. We were told to leave the keys in the apartment the night we were leaving. So a walk through option was not available or offered. I never received a copy of our move in check list and when I got it back once we moved they wrote over some things. We are being charged money for damages that I do not recall being there. We have to pay for carpet replacing even though we got the carpet cleaned professionally. They are a scam. I have learned my lesson and will make sure to get copies of everything and to get things in writing. They love to tell you something over the phone then forget. They'll love to tell you that you don't need any proof. or the famous "You're all good." Don't believe it. The staff is like any other typical apartment staff. They are kind and have great service when showing the apartment and getting you moved in. However, once you are all that changes. I would not recommend living here. I would wait until they end up being bought out by a company that tries to actually take care of their tenants.
